The apartment is in a great location. It is very nicely furnished, extremely clean, and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent – Mr. Riccardo gave us a map on the first day, marking the most important sights and some great restaurants where you can enjoy delicious Italian food at a very reasonable price. This map was very helpful to us. We will definitely return to Florence someday. We highly recommend this apartment – it met all our expectations, and Mr. Riccardo is a fantastic host who is very helpful.

Very good customer service, Riccardo gave me lots of great tipps for my visit in Florence. The room, especially the ceiling was very beautiful. For an italien hotel it was very calm during the night. Trainstation and city center are in walking distance.

Property is well located near the train station and a pleasant 10/15 minute walk along the river to Florence city centre. Property is clean and well maintained. Nothing bad, it was perfect.

We had such a lovely stay! Ricardo was so kind and helpful! He showed us where to park and told us all about the best spots in the city. The room was clean and stocked with everything we could need. He even walked us to get our car at 7am when we had to drive to the airport, just to show us the way out of town. I cannot recommend this spot enough!!

Riccardo makes the whole visit feel like visiting a friend, rather than a guest house! We were so glad that he reached out in advance, gave us clear instructions how to get there and walked the extra mile by helping us get the car in the parking. He made reservation in a great restaurant for us, gave us tons of tips, including where to get amazing food at local prices! The rooms are really nice and clean, everything is neat and tidy, I can honestly say that out of over 50 bookings on this site, this was the best by a mile! Really hope we visit again and experience Florence with the help of Riccardo!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very beautiful, spotless clean, and located in a very central area. It’s only about a 15-minute walk from the train station, or just one tram stop away, which made it super convenient for us. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, and even gave us great recommendations for interesting places to visit in the area. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and the perfect location.

Ricardo was a fantastic and enthusiastic host. Best host I’ve ever had. He provided us with chocolates, cookies, and focaccia upon arrival, and personally helped us with our luggage. He sat down with us with a city map and walked us through where we should go and what we should see, and also left us with recommendations for breakfast and dinner. We tried them all and each was fantastic. We left feeling like we had gotten the full Florence experience and could ask for nothing more from him.

We had a great stay at La Luna Guesthouse! The room was beautifully styled—charming, cozy, and full of character. The location is incredibly convenient: just steps away from a tram stop, close to the main train station, and only about a 20-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. Plus, the area is lively with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. A perfect spot for exploring the city while enjoying a comfortable and stylish place to stay. A special shoutout to Riccardo, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming—he really made us feel at home. Highly recommend!

One of the main reasons we had such a great time in the city of Florence, is because we stayed at this lovely place! Excellent location close to everything, with excellent restaurants, breakfast places and bars all located close by all recommended by Riccardo, the best host in Europe! All facilities clean and comfortable and talked us through our time in Florence and helped guide us to a wonderful weekend, available to help us 24/7. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we next come across Florence and recommend anyone to stay here if you are visiting Florence to make your trip complete.
