There was nothing that we disliked. Obviously, you do need to be able to cope with a few steps, especially on the top floor where we were.

Very well appointed and attractive room and bathroom. A wonderfully comfortable bed and my son was very happy with the large, comfortable sofa bed. The small fridge and drink- making facility was very useful. The room and linen was spotlessly clean and well maintained. A good sized room and quiet air-conditioning. We had a third floor room which meant getting a bit of exercise every day (46 steps), but that was fine. The whole building was cool and well maintained with a room on each floor. Perfectly located centrally on the islet, aside from the main hubbub, but only a few strides away outside the front door and although no direct view of the lake, it was possible to look out and see it. It was a perfect retreat and a wonderfully relaxing location from which to tour the area, especially if you wished to explore the lake using the regular boat taxis, only 3 minute walk away. Did I mention the extremely hospitable and friendly owner? We were made to feel very welcome. Thank you.

Coordination for Taxi via WhatsApp went well. Also the location is mid-town and thus perfect. The check-out was quite early , however baggage could be deposited downstairs. Thanks for having us.

There was no lake view from the window and the checkout was too early (it didn’t help that we had a miscommunication with the owner).

Nothing! I was checking out the next available dates to go back it was so nice! It's one room which suited us as two parents and a teenager, but that might not suit other groups. A spare blanket would be nice to have but there may have been one in the drawers - we didn't think to check.

The host, Rudy, was super friendly, chatty and was available to us via WhatsApp. He kindly advised us of where to park the car, how to take the shuttle and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. He even carried our luggage up the stairs for us. The room was spotlessly clean. The beds super comfy and large! The bathroom was modern with a brilliant shower, and toiletries too. There was also a well stocked fridge of water which was very welcome as the weather was so hot! The air conditioning was brilliant too by the way! There was also a really good lavazza coffee machine with plenty of pods - heaven! The apartment is situated in the heart of the old town of Sirmione and is perfectly positioned to see all the sights the peninsula has to offer. The port is a very short walk away - take a boat trip, it's worth it! I whole heartedly recommend staying here.

The property was so central right in the middle of the town. The room and bathroom was so clean when we went in and even had water and coke in the fridge complementary. It has air-con and a tv aswel. The host was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations of things to do and places to eat.

Some of the guests tended to leave the door from the street to the staircase open, which felt a little unsafe.

Nothing. but for people with special needs there are only stairs to climb for the 2 rooms upstairs.

The rooms were clean, at walking distance from the castle the restaurants, shops and the lake. stunning sunset view that lasts for long time. The host is very helpful and responsive. The area is full of tourists and life. The parking is not near but a shuttle can be arranged to carry you and your bags.
