The location is incredible, less than 5 minutes walking from the duomo. The staff was nice and caring and the room was clean and very comfy

No hair conditioner, only shampoos and soaps, no salt, no oil and no pots for cooking pasta, only pans for frying. A bit difficult to get the keys, I think it would be better to provide with the video how to open the locker.

The location was amazing, however due to the central location it was quite noisy. The bed sheets are fresh. The stuff was very nice, let me stay longer the check out and saved my life, because I felt really bad in terms of health.

I didn't realise there would be shared "kitchen" space with three other rooms.

The location was perfect - very easy to walk to all the sights. Close to the train, good restaurants, and shopping.

Just a few small issues: - The room is quite small - hot water wasn’t always consistent. - The common area chairs could be sturdier.

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of town and within walking distance to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was very clean and well-kept, and the hospitality from our host, Armand, was exceptional. He was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The street noise. Sadly with such an amazing location you are bound to have noise from tourists in the street in the middle of the night. If you’re a light sleeper, sadly this is not the place for you. However the host is planning to improve soon so keep an eye out.

Amazing location. Walking distance from all the sites. Was serenaded by operator singers in the pla- across the street. Absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Also AC was perfect! Apparently rare in the centre.

Finding the hotel was somewhat tricky. The directions from the booking app weren't accurate, and we walked around with no luck. After calling the host, he gave us slightly better directions. I recommend reaching out to the host before arrival to get that information to save you the hassle.

The location was great. It was central to all the places we wanted to visit and had plenty to explore. At night, we opened the windows, and there was live music from performers at the plaza across the room. We requested to check in early, and while we were tracking approval from booking.com, it seemed that was not the case. After talking on the phone to the host, we were at least accommodated to drop off our bags earlier and were able to check in a few hours later. We selected the bigger room, which I believe was the family room.

The property location is absolutely fantastic, right in the historic city center! The room is super charming, cozy, and has a charming small salon that attaches to the rooms where you can enjoy a coffee or a tea and put a few things in the refrigerator. The room and the bathroom are spotless, a lot of care is put into these rooms. The linen is comfortable, and the bed is large. The host is very communicative, very flexible and attentive. I would highly recommend this property.!

The location is amazing and in walking distance to every sight seeing attraction in Florence. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, we could not stay at the hotel over night, but the staff went out of their way to make it as smooth and easy for us as possible. They were super helpful, and really friendly going beyond what we expected. So big plus for the amazing staff

It was difficult to find the property. Google maps was not accurate and the internet was too poor to find the location. There should be a written description of where it is sent prior to arrival in the email as it is not a traditional hotel with a lobby.
