Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyEven with a thermostat in the room turned right down, like a lot of mountain accommodation it was waaaaay too hot. We had to open the window and doors often to let the heat out. The room was a bit dark, with the main light not working. But it was our own fault not mentioning it to reception, as we spent so little time in the room.
Fantastic breakfast. Central location. Room spacious by ski resort standards. Clean bathroom, and easy access in and out. Parking available right in the front of the hotel/restaurant. Friendly staff.

United KingdomThe breakfast was very good with several options and products from Italy. The place is indeed ski to door and we managed to come from the close slopes to the property balcony. If you want to explore other places around Livigno there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, which operates every 10 minutes and its very good.

Alessia with her big smile and Michele who did everything to make our stay enjoyable and help us in every possible way deserve to be commended. United KingdomThe only minor minus was what was offered for breakfast, we always managed to get something suitable like fruit or croissants but by the end of the stay were missing bacon and eggs - though bacon and eggs were offered something about the way they were cooked wasn’t palatable. However I have to make it clear that every dish we ate for dinner was amazing and though we didn’t enjoy breakfast quite as much we would stay here again.
Had a fantastic stay. Enjoyed the food, dinning there almost every evening, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cosy and clean. Fully utilised the sauna to warm up after spending a day on the slopes. Everything is walking distance from the location. Convenient parking just outside. Zero issues with noise so had a good nights sleep. Would stay here again, we were sad to leave.

Czech RepublicEverything was very good, the slightest issue we had was with the lack of acoustic door seal, due to which we could hear other guests return later at night back to the hotel. Nothing that cannot be resolved and would definitely come back again.
The location of the hotel is really close to the lifts, the staff is friendly and very helpful and welcoming. They serve fantastic breakfast with homemade croissants and have their restaurant open in the evening with great meals.

SlovakiaCheckin is at 22:00. Please, make sure, you won't come after that otherwise you will become instantly a public enemy nr.1. Unfortunatelly we came late and communication with the staff was really rude. There was also a lot of noise in the property, when someone leaves the property at 6am, the noisy doors will wake you up - that's also the reason why checkin is limited until 22:00
