AC could have worked a little better. No way to lock my door within the shared space with my friend.

The bathroom was very small and the shower didn’t have hot water and the water temperature was very soft.

The location was great as it was only about 15-20min walk to most of the main attractions. The room was good for a short stay in Rome.

The address listed in booking.com was slightly off. However, the staff gave us the correct address prior to checking in which helped with the confusion. So easily solved issue.

The place is 3 mins away from metro and are close to several good restaurants. It felt safe at night and the room itself is very comfortable. The staff were also very helpful in ensuring our checking process was smooth and was quick to reply to any inquiries. They've also suggested few places to eat which we were grateful for. Would definitely come here to stay if we ever come back to Rome.

The room I stayed in had its balcony occupied by construction scaffolding and the shutter on one of the windows was missing.

I was glad that my wife wasn't with me because it was the top floor. The elevator was out and had to go to the top floor on stairs. It was no problem for my work partner and me, but my wife wouldn't have been able to make it.

Even though this survey is for La Locanda, I was notified two weeks before my reservations that this property was under renovation as wasn't available. I was moved to their other property Daplace - HQH Colosseo. I am filling out the survey on that property. Malina, the staff member, was great. She was very helpful.

My husband didn’t like the barthroom - the fact that there is a little mold near the toilet.

Check-in is not available 24/7, so if you plan to arrive outside the standard hours, it's a good idea to contact them in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

The location is excellent, room was clean and comfy. Hassan staff service was exquisite. Flaminio Metro Station is just a few meters away, providing easy access to Termini, the central station that connects to the airport and other Italian cities. It's also very close to Piazza del Popolo. There's a local bank on the street corner where you can easily withdraw cash to pay the city tax at the hotel (which must be paid in cash).

Maybe they should have kettle and cups in the room. More space to put your things in the room and in the bathroom

Location very good, next to piazza del popolo and Metro station. The building was safe, main entrance opened only with keys. Quick communication with the staff. Whatever we asked them they made their best for it. We asked for kettle and cups in the room, and they brought them immediately.. They kept our suitcases extra hours before check in and after check out with no charge. I recommend it.

Simple but excellent accommodation. Others had warned about "thin walls," but that was not our experience. Comfortable beds. The balcony was a pleasant spot to have a cup of coffee (though there was some construction noise—not noticeable from inside the room). Fresh towels and bed make-up each day was a nice touch. We loved the location, very near the Metro and an easy walk into the heart of Rome, but tucked enough away to not be too crowded. Being near Villa Borghese was a bonus. Lots of cafes, restaurants and markets nearby.

Bedside lamp keeps flickering.

The room was bigger than I expected, with a balcony offering a partial view of People’s Square. The staff were kind and helpful, sending us directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The location was great, just a 3-minute walk to the subway for the Colosseum and the train. You can also walk to the Vatican City and other sites.

Didn't love that I needed 3 separate keys to get in and the instructions for check in & out were unclear

Location was perfect- couldn't have chosen a better spot! Close to the subway, great restaurants and walkable to the tourist spots. Room was very pleasant.
