Slightly far from any central location so requires car.

Loved the breakfast, had something for everyone. The restaurant was excellent also at dinner and not too expensive, and provided gluten free options. The staff was super nice and helpful. Facilities new and of high quality. Good location in the lakeside.

It is overpriced especially as there is no swimming pool or spa in the property. We stayed during the winter but I guess that in the summer you could just go to the lake.

Location is wonderful the place is extremely clean and quiet. The room is huge. The bed is comfortable and the restaurant amazing. Do not skip dinner at the restaurant. The stuff is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.

It's a magic place so close to the lake, the views are food for the soul. The room was big and wonderfully decorated; the beds were perfect for a good night sleep, the breakfast was delicius. We are thinking of returning to this wonderful place. ❤️

There is no reception. There is a small room for check-in and check-out. Their working hours end at a certain time, around 6:00 PM. After that, there is no one to talk to if you need anything. I felt the price was relatively high.

The location is amazing, and the view from the room is breathtaking. Quiet and comfortable. The room is spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable. Very, very clean. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient parking with available. Under the hotel, you can walk along the lake or sit.

There was no aspect of this accommodation that we did not like.

The breakfast was excellent, a wide range of high quality buffet food, something for everyone and exceptional coffee. The restaurant staff were outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We also recommend the restaurant for dinner and lunch. The hotel is best for people with their own transport (car), parking is available.

There is a small renovation going on at the hotel (new rooms coming) and they started drilling in the middle of the day which was uncomfortable but we asked reception and they stopped

The only thing is the light inside the room has a motion detector so goes on in the night if you use the bathroom. The light is bright. An annoyance.

The restaurant for breakfast was great with American breakfast, eggs, bacon etc. as well as cereals, cheeses, yogurt, fruit and more. We had dinner at the restaurant the first night and decided to go the second night too. Food selection was excellent, fish, meat, veggie, pasta. The staff there were very friendly and attentive.

First of all we are familly of four with a small baby 10 months old, there wasn’t crib or little bed for the baby in order to sleep safely! When I asked where the baby will sleep the answer was at the normal bed!!! Secondly, the bin of the toilet when we arrived was already full :(

The place was absolutely perfect and the view amazing! The breakfast had a lot of tasty choices!

Location of this hotel is perfect for a quiet stay in lake Como area and still easy to reach any of the towns you want to see Hotel offers a very nice restaurant that also works as a breakfast spot After 5 days in this hotel we really didn’t want to leave as it was so amazing and pleasant
