Set one street back from main pedestrian street full of lovely shops and restaurants. A lovely building with a lift. An easy 10 minute walk from the station. The host has a floor with three independent rooms. Stylishly renovated. Our shady terrace was lovely. Really comfy bed. Great lighting.

I wish we stayed longer.

A modern, contemporary and well appointed apartment located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Access is key controlled and secure. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was great making for a smooth check-in. Plenty of tourist info and maps are available at the little reception desk. The apartment has everything you need: Lavazza coffee machine, mini fridge and room safe. There is a "tiny" elevator to get you up to the 2nd floor. Location is excellent: short walk to the train station or ferry terminal. Via Del Prione is just a few steps away making restaurants and cafes easy to walk to, as well as the historic center. Highly recommended accommodation.

Very tiny lift but didn’t matter, we were happy with the stairs. Also no iron, but that didn’t matter would have just been an added luxury.

The elevator is very tiny and fits 2 people max, so had to get the luggage up in two takes. There’s no parking nearby, but the host told us where to park for free! If you like to sleep in it’s abit of a problem as there’s a lot of contractions in the building and it’s noisy.

Location is amazing!! 2 min walk to the centre of the city with tons of restaurants and shopping, 8 min walk to train station that takes you to cinque terre! The room is big and well organised, everything was clean and great! Loved it, will definitely recommend!

Nothing comes to mind. Just two suggestions, it would be good to have access to an iron or steamer and taxi numbers which worked, as getting a taxi in La spezia proved challenging unless you walked to the train station. Also, for anyone travelling in a wheelchair please bear in mind most airbnb lifts are very narrow.

Great location about 7 mins walk from the train station, the room and ensuite was clean, well equipped, spacious and secure. We travelled as two women and felt very safe in this location. The airconditioning worked really well and was just what we needed in the July heat! Deborah our host was really friendly and helpful from the onset with any questions and help we needed. Will definitely be visiting here again. We travelled to Cinque terre for two days of the 5 and it was an ideal location to walk to the trainstation for our day trips and also around La Spezia town. Highly recommend!!

We struggled with the air conditioning unit during our stay which seemed to only work when it sensed movement near the motion sensor. Some instructions for using different aspects of the room e.g. the safe or air conditioning would have been useful and could have meant we did not have to contact the host as much when we arrived.

Spotlessly clean and modern room. The bathroom was beautifully fitted with an excellent shower. Easy check-in experience with clear inbstructions. The locations was good and nearby to the station for easy connections to Cinque Terre.

Everything was awesome. We would completely stay here again!!

We booked last minute and had excellent contact with the host. She provided us the access codes for the building, entry to the area and where to find the key card. Rooms are accessed using an elevator--but warning, it fits one person and maybe luggage; without luggage, can fit two people. The room was tastefully decorated with darker colors and was very homey feeling. We loved the area along the wall which had places to store luggage and drawers to unpack. We loved the real hangers to hang coats and tops! The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Sheets were soft. The bathroom was large with a window. The shower was huge and had great water pressure and hot water always. We liked the fact there was a place to put soap, shaving cream, etc. while in the shower. Big sink area to put lotions, etc. Host provided a shower cap and body wash and shampoo.
