A lovely location and although a bit out of town the shuttle that the hotel provided was great. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the station. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable with gorgeous views.

Bedroom decor a bit dated, but could easily be refreshed and brought up to date and didn't detract from our stay.

Friendly staff and fantastic views. The room was very comfortable and breakfasts had a good choice plus fresh eggs cooked to order. There is a great infinity pool and nice terraces with spectacular views. The shuttle service to collect us from the station and run us to and from Levanto during the day and in the evening for trips and dining was great !

Friendly and helpful staff. Freshly cooked eggs and coffee for breakfast. Pool, bar and views. Location out of town with regular shuttle and a scenic walk into the town off the road. Away from the touristy area.

Nothing really Lunch menu was asking or looking at others eating if possible. Discovered there were pool towels after a few days All quite minor

Location was amazing and (if the weather had been warmer) the pool was a plus. Friendly staff and shuttle service into town was a great service.

A very nice hotel with excellent views. It was refreshing to get away from the crowds and stay at this quiet inn. It is a ways from the city so plan transportation accordingly, but once you’re there it will be a wonderful treat! 5 stars!

Beautiful quiet location with excellent shuttle service to center. Good breakfast with great view. The staff is very friendly. Hiking trail to Monterosso direct from hotel.

We would have liked more variety at breakfast - and fresh juice. And it would have been nice to be able to make tea/coffee in our room.

Can’t think of anything major - perhaps the terrace and gate could do without the fake foliage as ruins the authentic poured back design Could do with a slightly earlier shuttle service for those wanting to get an earlier train

The views from the hotel are stunning - pool area is amazing Shuttle bus is fab. Classic Italian breakfast, proper coffees/ bar drinks available

Beautiful property, wonderful staff. Highly recommend staying here. Especially if you want a place that is quiet and a little off the beaten path. They have a great shuttle service into town. Even picked me up at the train station and dropped me off when I left. I plan to return.

The beds were hard, some nice soft music in dinning area would be nice. Tea and Coffee facilities would have been nice in room

Incredible views and absolutely loved the pool experience, amazing complimentary breakfast. The hotel is just above Levanto, which was so charming and felt so local. So many great restaurants! The hotel will take you down and up several times a day, super easy to use their shuttle. Highly recommend this stay for exploring Cinque Terre!
