Location was very close the the Vatican which was a less than 10mins walk. Also the metro was a 3 min walk. The apartment was very good we specifically enjoyed the AC during the heat wave.

Dull color of curtains and bedsheets, bed that is just joined into two to make it bigger but separates many times, vinegar smell of the clean towels, only bath wash available, scent of the bath wash, neighbors who forget to close the door to the elevator hence no one can use the elevator, short talks with host (felt distant), sound from outside door can be heard inside room, and locks need a lot of experience to get used too.

High ceilings, electric sockets on each side of the bed with bed side lamps and drawers, cleaned everyday, new toilet paper everyday, new towels everyday, good size for the room, view of the outside, breakfast at Mozart cafe, location near the Vatican, free common use of kettle and other things, dramatic door, bidet, cute apartment ran like a bed and breakfast with breakfast literally outside the streets in another cafe, and lots of stores nearby.

There could have been a little more counter space in the bathroom. If you are going to give me shower gel, please give me a wash cloth, cause otherwise I waste alot of shower gel. The bed was harder than we are use to, but we sleep on 2 inches of memory foam for achy joints

Check in was very accommodating; the elevator worked since it was on the 4th floor. The room was very quiet as long as the windows were closed.

I would just take better care of the cleaning floor is very dusty at the bottom of the bed and bed sheets are kind of old but over all is great

The location is great close to a lot of cute places to see, if you planning on going to the vatican area or not is a great area to stay, not that far from the main train station, everyhing is great, the breakfast included in the little cafeteria close by, also metro station at 2 blocks. the fridge in the room helps a lot and they have a coffe table to share with the other rooms

We just had struggles with the elevator and door lock but it’s a new thing for us.

Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, treats in the kitchen! There happened to be construction on the street but a great neighborhood. Excellent restaurant on the corner recommended by the property mgr.

It was a little smaller than I expected, but it had a nice bathroom and the beds were fine.

Very close to St. Peter's and all the Vatican sites. Very close to Ottaviano metro station. The elevator really came in handy. The staff was responsive and kind. They even serviced the room during our stay. The air conditioner worked well too.

Breakfast was Just a 5 minute walk from the hotel with Friendly staff and a very nice continental breakfast. Hotel is very close to public transportation. Staff was extremely helpful.

Mold between tiles in the bathroom shower.

Petrfect location - 15 minutes walking to the city center, various restaurants, stores and gelato shops nearby. Marvelous breakfast included with friendly staff. Host was also welcoming and helpful.

There was no shampoo or soap (only a bottle of shower gel in the shower) in the bathroom and that was unexpected considering the price of the stay.

The room was nice, next to Vatican City and 20-25 mins from a nice area with bars, restaurants.

This was a very nice place. It was a quiet, clean hotel in the heart of the city, just a step away from the metro. Most of the sights of the city could be reached on foot. We mostly walked everywhere. I can recommend it to everyone. If I come to Rome again, I will stay there.

Take the breakfast card with you, or you are left without breakfast! I didnt like the roof. Also I didnt know I had to take with me the breakfast card to take the breakfast, leaving me without food because I had a photo of the card and not the card physically. I was very surprised that the girl justified just because of it, not giving me breakfast. She didn't even bother asking the owner, just simply told me you cannot get the breakfast. This quite literally ruined my whole experience. But overall as a room was very good. Would have probably rated higher if it wasn't for the breakfast card.

I liked the guy who showed me the place, very clear and fast. He didn't waste any time to show me. The bathroom was clean, towels also ready. Bed was very good.

The lift seems old and a little dodgy, if someone leaves the interior door open then the lift becomes inoperative and you have to climb all the flights of stairs to retrieve the lift….can be annoying especially if it’s after a day of walking around

Location is fantastic, literally a 5-10 minute walk to the Vatican / St Peter’s Basilica, comfy bed, soft pillows, clean room and bathroom and Marco spent some time explaining to us at length the best lances to visit and best area for restaurants
