We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyUnfortunately we had bad weather, which put a damper on things. The beautiful view of the lake and mountains was blocked by misty clouds most of the time and we weren’t able to make use of the wonderful big balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and we made good use of it. Also some good local restaurants a five minute drive away. The beds were very good and everyone slept well. The pool is very good and heated so the kids enjoyed it despite the poor weather. My girlfriend and I made use of the gym and wellness facilities, which weren’t open to the kids - much to my 13 year olds disappointment. The sauna area is lovely and also enjoys a wonderful view onto the mountain across the lake. My son loves football and was able to kick a bit in the evenings with kids from the next door hotel on an astroturf football ground, which compensated for not being able to use the sauna with us. The TV worked well and we logged into our Netflix account and watched some series together. Ricardo is very friendly and always available to help. Overall, a pity about the weather, but we made the most of our stay nonetheless.

United KingdomThe location is beautiful but it is up the hill from the lake so you need a car to travel down to the main road/lakeside level (about 25 mins). This was no issue for us as we had a rental car but something to consider when booking.
Rarely have we been made to feel as welcome as Riccardo made us feel at La Dolce Vita Relais. The accommodation was clean and modern and the view was spectacular! We were travelling with our 7 month old baby and the facilities for her (cot, highchair, towel) were also excellent. We made a mistake with our booking for this stay and Riccardo fixed this for us without making us feel silly! Thank you Riccardo.
