We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location was excellent in the middle of the old town close to all the bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

IrelandWe would have liked a little more local produce with the breakfast. The bread (sliced from a packet) in particular was disappointing. No additional door between our room and breakfast room so it could be noisy in the mornings with other guests and staff.
The room was really lovely - great size, super comfy bed with big pillows, air conditioning - and the location was perfect for wandering around Grottaglie. The staff were friendly and super helpful with sharing information before and during our stay - including a wonderful recommendation for the nearest beaches which are surprisingly only 30 minutes drive away. Would recommend a stay here without hesitation.

United States"Close" free parking was a block away, down a steep grade that was extremely difficult to lug suitcases up. At first, our 80 yr old bodies weren't in condition to comfortably navigate the enchanting, but sloping streets inside the center to reach the B&B. If you are physically capable, it's OK, but for an exhausted elderly couple with back problems it was initially a problem.. The staff when realizing our condition went out of their way, especially Fredricka, to assist us and remove the burden of luggage transport by taking on the task herself. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Be sure to ask for a bottom floor room if steep stairs are a problem. I would definitely recommend the property and staff. One of our best memories.
Staff went beyond the call of duty to assist us because of our lack of mobility. They brought breakfast to our downstairs room from the upstairs dining area and helped with our luggage. They even obtained transport on departure from hotel door to our parked car. Breakfast was 'real' food, not just tea and cakes. Location within historic center was a plus for the ambience and accessibility to restaurants, ceramic shops, museum.

CanadaThe one think I didn't like was that parking was not close, which I understand, the location for me in not the best the walking was too much for me. If I had know this prior to booking I would have picked another place. This is not reflective of the hotel, they did say parking is close, however, I don't consider that close. It was difficult to navigate through the little allies even with GOOLE maps, But I did love the way the staff went out of their way to help me. Next time I would order the shuttle to and from the airport and not book a car. Order Uber (if available) to get around.
The two ladies I dealt with are AWESOME!!!! One even spoke to us in French. The Hotel is Wonderful!!!
