Comfortable room, very clean.

No staff on site, had to go across the square to Hotel du Lac.

Nothing. Only thing you need to do the check in at the.Hotel Du-Lac which is near.to the Dependance. I didn't know that so took me a while figure it out.

This hotel is perfectly located and the rooms were extremely clean and well decorated. We were on the top floor and the rooms are on the compact size but have a balcony which is a bonus. Full wifi and aircon. Would definitely go back.

Furniture is old and space is quite limited

The location was perfect, and although it was busy and noisy outside during the night, the windows kept everything quiet inside.

The hotel is clean, great location to the town plaza and the 2 rooms are set up well. Overall it is as expected.

The entry to hotel's elevator has water with a little unpleasant smell at times.

Breakfast was delicious with many options

Position

- Spacious room, comfortable bed, had a fridge - A good amount of storage space for clothes - Great view facing the lake - Great location! Super central within Menaggio. Really nice bakery a few mins away and a delicious ice cream place. I wouldn't say it's a "spectacular" place by any means but it's a perfectly adequate hotel that met all our needs for a few nights stay.

- Our fridge didn't work but they replaced it the next day which was good. - We also had a leak in the ceiling because of SUPER heavy rain which didn't really affect us, but it's something someone should definitely take a look at!! - If you're on the taller side (let's say 6ft+), ask for a room not on the top floor because it had sloping ceilings and the shower had a bar over it which I think was around 6ft, maybe a bit more.

The location was great. Great garage nearby and possibility to charge the car in the garage.

The room was not cleaned properly. On our second day the airconditioning in our room broke. We didnt get support to fix it so our second night was quite bad and we couldnt sleep much due to the heat. No compensation was offered for this loss of comfort. We choose this place partly due to the ac, so I was rather dissappointed in the way they handled this.

Fantastic location. 30 seconds to the main square and lake access.

The rooms were tired and dated. Aircon didn’t work at all, despite windows being closed etc as per the hotel instructions. resulted in having to sleep with the window open as the rooms were so hot. The noise outside meant a lot of broken sleep. The shower fluctuated between hot and cold when in the ‘hot’ position. The mattresses were old and you felt the springs and weak spots. Wifi was very patchy, worked around 25% of the time. Overall it could be fantastic given the location but the hotel needs to be updated. The staff were polite and kind.

Comfortable, large room with good bathroom. Just off main square in Menaggio. Had kettle, tea and coffee. Very quiet overnight. Hotel is run by Hotel du Lac so need to check in and check out there.

Bar opposite our room had music throughout evening which was noisy with window open. However it usually finished at 10. Room very quiet after that.

So central and very accessible for anyone with disabilities . Lovely clean room and bathroom was modern with great shower …… bring your own hairdryer though the bathroom one very basic and didn’t work well

It was quite basic…… but that was fairly reflected in the price
