Not have an elevator for our big suitcases!

Great location, nice and quiet, but also everything needed within walking distance. Brilliant for a nights stay before or after a flight or for longer.. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We also used the taxi service they suggested and this worked out well (30 Euros from Malpensa).

On the 1st floor - challenging with big luggage. Parking entrance is very narrow especially if you drive full size car/suv/mpv.

The washer didn't work on the basic cycles, but I was able to manipulate the dial as needed to get my clothes washed. Also, they said we needed to pay a city tax, which wasn't included in the booking price. That wasn't told to me until after I made the non-refundable booking, and they requested exact change. That was a bit annoying because I had to find somewhere to break a 50 euro. Just a heads up for people who are only flying in and and out and weren't planning on getting cash.

The host was extremely kind and helpful, and we felt very taken care of. We appreciated that. The apartment had the basic cooking necessities, and for two nights we were happy staying there. The wifi was fast and reliable.

A pleasant stay, beautiful and clean accommodation, comfortable beds. Internal parking. Nice neighborhood, quiet and well-served. Mario is a caring and attentive host. He left us a small welcome basket with water, snacks, and coffee, which we greatly appreciated after a long journey. Just a few minutes' drive from Malpensa, this property will be our base for future trips. Thank you for the hospitality!

The shower was good, but the shower head could use some extra cleaning.

We had a great stay at this well-equipped apartment, conveniently located near Milan MXP airport with private parking. The air conditioning and fan kept us comfortable, and the laundry facilities were excellent—though we'd gladly pay extra for a dryer. Self check-in was easy to follow, and Mario provided excellent communication. The apartment is quiet and perfect for a restful stay, though it's a bit of a walk to the nearest supermarkets. Overall, we had a positive experience and would happily visit again.

The bed was very strange. I habe a wheigt of 60 Kilogramms and the bed made constantly strange Sounds when lying there

The facility is in a beautiful neighborhood, quiet but only a few minutes’ drive from Malpensa. The accommodation is very nice, very clean, comfortable beds, and indoor parking. Mario, the host, is very kind and always available. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!

The apartment has everything you need in it. Once we arrived there we felt everything we might need during our stay was tought about, from washing machine and powder to taxi information and so on. We really enjoyed our stay and staff member who cleaned the roon was really kind and helped us find things in the area.

I really liked the location, Crenna is a lovely place. The neighborhood felt very safe and the walk to the city center was really nice. Room was clean and it was nice from the host to provide some sweets and water.

Everything, this place is a hidden gem. Great check-in system. Very neatly decorated. The bedsheets smelled great. A snack treat was in the room. Perfect for a night close to airport.

The owner sent me all the instructions to check in, very easy to follow them, very cozy apartment, very well equipped. We were welcomed with a basket full of goodies, water and juice in the fridge. We stood just a few hours but we felt like home. I recommend it, good price
