Considering the reasonable expectations, I don't think there is anything I would need to mention.

Hosts and staff were very warm and polite. The rooms were very decent. Sadly the weather didn't allow us to test the pool. Nice little breakfast basket was delivered to our room every morning (nice touch!)

In the short time we were there we didn't find anything we didn't like.

Lovely appointed apartment, clean and tidy. The added touch of a breakfast basket was very much appreciated after a late flight into Milano and early start the next morning.

Really exceptional value for money, very nice flat and more spacious than I had imagined. The staff were all friendly and, as I was staying on a Monday in the off season, the welcome basket was massively appreciated as there wasn't much open nearby. Very nice stay and well worth the money. Airport transfer was available for a reasonable price. I would go back any time!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but just two things to note: 1. The building is close to a train track so you can hear the trains every now and now then but that didn’t disturb us at all - apart from that it is silent and peaceful around the building. 2. The pull out sofa bed is not very comfortable. The main bed is very comfy though

The company communicate well in advance of our stay. We were taken up to the room by a very welcoming man and shown how everything works. There is a book in the room with a guide about everything lovely: transport, restaurants, shops etc…. But the company were also very great at answering questions. The room is a very high standard, very spacious and modern bathroom with a lovely shower. They left a basket on the table with milk, orange juice, cereal, Nutella, biscuits etc… It is about 16 minute drive to the airport

Nothing.

The host was very nice and communication was fast. We came for only one night and we had a late check in, the host made it all easy and left the key as planned. The room was very big, clean and new. We also had some snacks for the morning. The host also gave us a service and took us to the airport with decent price in the early morning, as planned. In general we were very happy for a short stay next to the airport. Fully recommend!!

The property delivered exactly what I expected and wanted.

Host left clear instructions and took us to the room to show us everything, the host spoke good English as well which made it easier as I speak no Italian! The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and well furnished and the host left small gifts of food and drink which was really appreciated and a nice touch. The apartment is in Gallarate which is around a 45 minute drive from Milan itself. We only stayed one night after spending the day in Milan so cannot comment on Gallarate itself but the area the apartment is in felt safe. Its' approx 15 minutes drive from Malpensa Airport.

The Air Conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times. The property is in a residential area with no small shops nearby, so had to drive to supermarkets to obtain provisions, but that was a minor issue.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. We were provided with a few breakfast items each day. The property was very clean and the room was cleaned every day with towels replenished as required. There was a good pool available for use with sufficient sunbeds. The area around the property was very quiet and although there was a railway line close by there was little noise from this.
