Bathroom could be a few centimeters wider ( that can't be chenged) but it had everything what's needed.

I highly recommend that place to stay, very nice and helpful personnel; available everything what's needed. Walking distance from the train station, very good location, very clean and comfortable. Thank you Stefania 😀

A very minor gripe, but there was no cutlery, just those stick things to stir your drinks. So I had to 'acquire ' a spoon for my yoghurt!

Excellent, friendly communication. Very clean, excellent facilities, comfortable bed, quiet- I slept really well! Good coffee machine and complementary coffee, tea and pastries which were replenished every day. I didn't need to buy any breakfast! Brits- you'll need to buy milk for your tea! Very good location, really near to the station.

We have nothing to dislike

Everything in very good shape: furniture is new, a/c working excellent, mattress very comfortable. Very, very clean in the room and cleaning is made every day . Stefania is a fantastic host!

Well-furnished apartment, spacious and tidy room, well-equipped with AC, bottle of water in the fridge, coffee machine, tea and snacks. The owner Stefania was responsive, helpful and attentive. She filled up everything during your stay daily. We stayed for 2 nights in June 2025. Just 10 mins walking distance from La Spezia Centrale train station. Great value of money!

She anticipated all that we would need during our stay and was always 2 steps ahead!:) Place feels like brand new, very comfortable and well positioned! Room was pretty small, but that’s not a problem for a short stay.

Location was nice, very close to the main station what was essential as we were travelling around a lot. The owner Stefania was helpful and attentive, everyday we had changed towels, refilled water in the fridge, coffee and snacks and room cleaned. Bed was comfy, all together nice place.

The property was amazing! The room is in a good location, especially if you want to be close to the train station. I appreciate a place in Italy if it says it has air conditioning and it actually does and the size of the bathroom was incredible. Very clean and comfortable! Stefania (our host) was also a big part of our positive experience. My wife’s charger flipped the breaker and turned off all electricity our first night, so the host came the next morning and not only fixed the issue but also gave my wife a new charger and treated us to a bottle of wine for our troubles. She also cleaned our room while we were out for the day and graciously checked my wives clothes as she was concerned they got wet when the refrigerator was leaking from being turned off (no electricity during the previous night). All in all, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this location when we return to the city in the future!!

Nothing, it was wonderful

I stayed there for four nights in April and was very happy to have chosen it. The location was excellent, close to the train station and very walkable. Loved that the balcony overlooked the street lined with the most fragrant orange trees, perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine, As a solo traveler I felt very safe walking in the area, close enough to restaurants and the ferry to be within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean , modern and very comfortable, lots of towels and lovely bath and hair products. Stefi made several suggestions about places to visit, I would have missed some lovely towns had she not suggested them. I would defiantly stay there again. Thank you Stefi for the lovely stay, sorry you had to come to look at the the not broken coffee maker.

The location was an easy walk on the flat from the train station. The host had posted video of how to key in the front door code, the outside of the building and how to operate the various doors. The room had a refrigerator, ironing board and iron, washing facilities, spare toilet paper, tea, coffee, working air-con, balcony with view. The best appointed room we had as many of these items are sadly lacking in Europe. Our host asked for suggestions so we made a couple and they immediately acted on them- recycling bin and milk. They provided sensible suggestions for meals and sights with clear information and links and could have not been more accommodating. I thoroughly reccommend this accommodation.

I would suggest adding a blanket not to use an AC system as it was 18 °C in the room in December and a small night table near the bed to put a tea cup when in bed.

Perfect location if one wants to be at 5-7 walking distance from the train station. The equipment and furniture are brand new. Coffee maker and entertainment options on TV like Netflix were much appreciated.

Everything was perfect!

I had a wonderful experience at this location, where I stayed for 4 days. The room was extremely comfortable, impeccably clean, and the new, modern bathroom was a great bonus. The host, Stefania, was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail, providing travel tips and advice that greatly helped us in exploring the Cinque Terre region. I greatly appreciated her attention to detail: she provided coffee, tea, and cookies in the room, and in the bathroom, we found high-quality toiletries that made our stay even more enjoyable. Stefania is the perfect example of an ideal host, always attentive and willing to help, which made our experience truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this accommodation and can’t wait to return!

I had a great stay here! Stefania the host was lovely, so kind and accommodating. She helped to recommend lots of delicious places to eat or places to visit. The apartment itself was was spotless, with a coffee machine and some breakfast snacks available. It’s also in a great location being so close to the station offering lots of value of money.
