Basically all was perfect.

Perfect location, close to the main town, but far enough to have beautiful views, be quiet and have a lot of parking space. Always available bicycles were very useful, we used them everyday to get to Riva. Apartment was very clean and convenient. It was modern but also had the spirit of an 500 years old building. It included all the necessary kitchen facilities and gear. The restaurant below was beautiful and did not disturb us at all. Vinery and mountains around. Very nice staff, they were flexible with check in hours. What a stay! Highly recommended!

Lovely place, lovely views of winery. The room is as big as an apartment. Super clean. We used the free bikes offered to the lake, very close and safe ride. You can dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The apartment has a kitchen also.

Under the balcony there is a restaurant and a restaurant kitchen, all smells rise straight to the apartments, it is impossible to sit on the balcony at this time. Guests of the restaurant disperse late, after 23:00, very noisy. It was absolutely impossible to enjoy the fresh air and sleep while the restaurant was open. There is no air conditioner. Once a week the restaurant was closed and at that time it was great: silence and fresh air. I understand that for many people this is not a problem.

The air conditioning in our room, although working wasn't very effective and our apartment was always very warm. The staff were quite helpful in giving us a fan which we were grateful for, especially as we were travelling with a small baby.

The grounds of the apartments are really beautiful, set on a vineyard in a quiet area yet only 15mins walk from beach/restaurants. There is lots of facilities onsite such as small playground and bikes. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. In a word, everything was "perfect" and exceeded our expectations.

The location of La Colombera is so peaceful, set in its own vineyard, and a 20-minutes walk (or less than 10 minutes by bike) from the beach and 40 minutes to the main harbour or town centre. We stayed for a week in apartment 3, "Il Sole", which was on the first floor, easily accessible and very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen/diner/lounge (complete with balcony) had everything we needed for a self-catering week, the bedroom had plenty of wardrobe and storage space, and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The 4-piece bathroom also had lots of room, storage space and hot water. The numerous information leaflets, maps and guides that were freely available made it easy to plan our days out, as did the very fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection. Parking was easy immediately outside our apartment. We were able to use the apartments' laundry room and garden area, and also enjoyed a very good meal (with 5% discount) at the in-house restaurant. There was free access to borrowing the property's bikes, and our dog was made to feel very welcome indeed. Finally, our stay was made easy thanks to the courteous and always helpful attention shown to us by Pietro, the site manager. Nothing was too much trouble for him to attend to for us. We would be more than happy to return, and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Riva-del-Garda without being in the town centre.

There is the perfect place to feel Italy. Quiet neighbourhood and one the most important thing - restaurant - delicious meals. Best place for children. Big comfortable apartment. I hope that i can back there soon.

very nice apartment in an old building but modern design very quiet environment,you wake up to the sound of bells ringing and birds chirping nice green backyard it takes only a ten minute walk to get to the city center there are bikes you can take for free very nice host . the beach is only a ten minute walk and is an amazing experience to have there is everything you will need in the apartment.

We did not know that the prices for wine and olive oil from the property are a lot cheaper if bought in the reception instead of the house restaurant. A price list would be nice.

The building is renovated with high quality and it is very beautiful, the surroundings is calm and beautiful nature. The personal was friendly and warm, Pietro was very helpful to us. There were free bicycles, so it was easy to move around. Comfortable atmosphere. Hiking route near the house.

Very nice place and appartment, would deffinitly go back in summer. Its not very close from the center but its ok to walk and visit the place. It had everything you need for a longer stay
