We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this B&B. Constanza and her mother are some of the most genuinely hospitable people we’ve ever met. My fiancé and I had an early morning day trip planned, and when Constanza asked what we’d like for breakfast the next day, we mentioned our early departure. To our surprise, she went above and beyond—she packed us a generous bagged lunch, complete with snacks and bottled water, to take with us on our train ride. Her kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay unforgettable. We met a couple at breakfast that have returned to stay here three years in a row. Additionally, the room is exceptionally clean and bathroom spotless. Location is perfectly central to everything you could need! There is paid parking all around the outside of Lucca, or you can walk. The two dogs were an added bonus, we loved saying hello to them when they were outside.

The location was excellent only 800 meters to the Center of town. Breakfast service and food were excellent, room was cleaned every day. The private secured parking was appreciated. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, a home away from home.

From the reception by the hostess Constanza and all the affection and attention with my family, everything is a 10. Spectacular breakfast with fresh and quality Italian products, not to mention the friendliness of Constanza's mother, Mrs. Agnese, who prepares delights for breakfast. The place is in a historic building and with a wonderful Tuscan garden.

Very warm and welcoming treatment, Constanza and her family are lovely people caring a lot for their guests! The room had a typical Toscany atmosohere, was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a true highlight, an experience of Italian family hospitality. Truely recommendable! Thanks a lot for the great stay!

This beautiful historic property is furnished in traditional Tuscan style with every comfort provided. It has secure parking on site but is within easy walking distance of central Lucca. Our room was charming and the bed was incredibly comfortable ensuring a great night’s sleep. Costanza the owner took great care to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

The hosts are perfect and they will make you feel like you are at home. Good location just a little bit out of the walls with a private parking.
