A very good starting point to visit Cinque Terre. About 15 min walk to the La Spezia Centrale railway station. Good breakfast on the terrace. Free parking.

The bathroom and the bed should have been cleaner. If you are coming around noon or 7pm it is difficult to get parking. Also it is difficult to find the stay. Some extra instructions with pictures would be good.

It is located 20 min away from the central train station which was great for our visit to Cinque Terre. The coffee and croissants were tasty. The host was nice.

- Location was too hard to find - Noisy location due the proximity to the fotball stadium - No staff until 9.30 in the morning - Not so clean and tidy outside the villa. - No direct bus to the station where we needed to take the train to Cinque Terre.

There was tea provided, but no coffee in the room. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. There was very little wifi in the room. Better to go downstairs to get wifi in the restaurant. The hot water in the shower took a long time to heat and the water disappeared if someone else was using water in the accommodation.

The bed was large and quite comfortable compared to other recent stays in Italy. The room was serviced regularly. The location was good, close enough to walk into the centre of town but far away enough to be in pretty woodlands with free onsite parking. The breakfast provided was very nice.

Large comfortable room. Great breakfast. Good service from the staff. It's a bit hard to find when walking. Lots of noise until very late from restaurant and kitchen downstairs and from room next door

The double bed is really two beds together. The WiFi is there but the signal does not reach the rooms. In a rainy Winter season a doormat would be great to have.

The ample parking, the breakfast. The space in the apartment and the bathroom. It was a bit tricky to find. Heating uses AC only and the AC set at 30C just barely does the trick.

Breakfast a bit light compared to to the others accommodation . If you want to sleep in the dark prepare your eyes mask !!! Curtains are not enough thick

The property was set up a single track road and below is a very nice restaurant serving local cuisine. Could be a bit noisy at times but quietens down and we slept very well. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly and we would recommend trying a meal but note the restaurant doesn’t open Monday evening so we got there early and had lunch instead.

It was difficult to find the place. I would suggest to include more signs on the road with the hotel name.

Place is very peaceful and we could awake up with bieds singing.

We did not get a code to enter the Hotel at night and had to wait until the staff came to prepare breakfast.

For us everything was ok :) If you seek a quiet stay we have to mention, that during the weekend there was a lot of noise from downstairs (dj playing music and the noise level in our room was like inside a nightclub.) You can also hear everything from the room next door due to connecting door. To find the location -follow signs to the restaurant, there is no sign of the hotel.

The room was very clean and beautiful with a comfortable bed. Very good restaurant downstairs, they even make pasta themselves. Good breakfast (Italian style). The staff was very nice -thank you :)

We can ear every noise or conversation from the room next door because of a connection door between the 2 room. We can here every noise from the restaurant because there is no door between the restaurant entrance and the room corridors

It is hard to discover the exact location from Google maps so ask for explicit instructions on booking. Also there was a party downstairs in the restaurant which was quite fun but loud, so don't go there if you are looking for silence. Repeat, if you don't mind the party was fantastic. To compensate for the noise, the manager offered us free dinner without us asking, so that was nice of them. Breakfast was poor.

Staff was very friendly and professional and the room was quite good quality.
