The perfect host is very informative. The room was immaculate, and breakfast was plentiful. Everything is so walkable, a very slow 15-minute walk to all the tourist attractions.

Everything was carefully taken care of and meticulously clean. Room service is complete and the temperature is well adjusted. The host is very very kind and available. He suggested us very good places to visit and eat around Pisa, Firenze and Lucca. He traveled all around the world so this is his passion and you can tell by the way he treats his guests.

You should not expect an English breakfast there

The owner of the property was helpful, courteous and supportive. The location is convenient to the center on foot or by bus. There is an Italian pizzeria nearby for dinner.

The breakfast could be a little better: now you can just have either a sandwich or cereal (which I could not have as there was no milk without lactose). For sandwich there might be also few more options for topings...

The room was really clean and the area to live in is really nice and easy to reach the center plus there are good bus stops for public transport.

The house was beautiful and the room comfortable and clean. Francesco was a fantastic host, giving great tips for Pisa and surrounding towns! The breakfast was really good - a large selection of drinks, sandwiches, biscuits, and fruits. The B&B is located 20-25 minutes from the Tower, but the walk (there is also a bus) was pleasant and it was nice getting to know a 'normal' neighbourhood.

The La Casermina was very stylish and clean. The area was best quiet but only 20 minute walk from the leaning Tower. There was also a grocery store 8 min walk away so it was perfect.
