The washing machine was not working.

Feel safe! Walk to restaurants. Easy to get to carpark. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The host is warm, responsive and helpful.

The property could benefit from a shelf in the shower for holding items.

The property was in an excellent location, and was clean and well equipped (there is even a washer/dryer, with provided washing pods!). Camilla is a delightful host, who is responsive and helpful, and provided a complimentary bottle of wine which was a lovely touch.

Nothing is really bad. We can always think of something to improve if we want, for example, in the shower box, add a shelf to place the shampoo and soap; but this place is really nice, you can even find a washer machine!

Cleanliness and comfortable bed. Host is very attentive. Available washing machine, a complementary bottle of wine and Netflix too!

Very clean apartment and enough room for two people to move comfortably plus some! Lovely gift of wine on arrival. Big bathroom and comfortable bed. Fairly central location. Host who greeted us was very friendly, helped carry our bags up the stairs and allowed us to store our luggage on check out.

we loved the appartement - the interior was very tasteful - we had everything we needed. The location is great - the area is not as busy as other places in the centre but yet it only takes you a couple of minutes to get to the centre. The host was very friendly - everything was very easy /uncomplicated. A great place to stay in Como.

Iron was missing.

we arrived late but it was no problem. The host met us outside the apartment and showed us inside. It was clean and newly renovated. sets the area, easily accessible. many cafes and restaurants nearby. the train station within walking distance. really recommend this apartment.

It would be great to have a couple of hooks for bath towels and tea towel. We stayed 5 nights and other places provided clean towels etc. and cleaning during a 5 night stay.

The property is situated in the old town. It’s very modern and spacious. The windows open so you don’t need the air conditioning on all the time. It’s secure as it’s accessed via a secure entrance into a courtyard and by key to the apartment area. It’s on the second (top) floor. If you have mobility issues, it’s hard to carry a case up and down the stairs, however, the man that met us carried my partner’s case up both flights for him. It has a really good washing machine which we did not need. The supermarket is very close and so are restaurants and coffee places. It is a 20 minute walk to the main train station, Como San Giovanni, with cases. The taxi fare was 15Euros with 2 cases. It’s a lovely walk to the Lake. A lovely bottle of Chianti and snacks were provided

Nothing to complain about, as a recommendation to the owner, it would be good if you could add kitchen paper towels or just kitchen towel to the cleaning set as that was the only thing missing..

Very nice apartment in the old town of Como city, everything was perfect, the facilities, location, and staff, the communication with the owner was really good, we got a bottle of wine anf snacks as welcome package. There's air conditioning in both rooms. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Location wise was also good since it is located in the old town, so the place is near restaurants, cafes, and to the lake itself. Check-in and Check-out went really smoothly.

We loved everything about this apartment - the comfortable beds, the modern kitchen appliances, and spacious bathroom were amazing. The location was superb, and we really appreciated being able to drive to the door to drop our bags before parking the car in a nearby parking lot. Our hosts were fantastic and super friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and we would love to stay again! Highly recommend!

Perhaps the kitchen is missing some small things, such as a cutting board and a kettle. In the shower stall, I would recommend adding a shelf for shampoos. But in general, these little things don't spoil the good impression. And for an excellent hairdryer, I would add one more extra point!

Lovely new, well equipped and very clean apartments, close to the center of the old town. The ferry and train stations are a 10-15 minute walk away. There are many cafes, restaurants and mini market near the apartments. The area where the apartments are located is very calm and safe, the windows of the apartments overlook a cozy courtyard. The owner of the apartment, Camilla, was very nice and helpful, constantly in touch, any issues were resolved instantly. I recommend these apartments.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was super! Very modern and clean, very spacious and in the centre of the old town, near everything. The hosts were very polite and friendly and they had a bottle of wine for us as well.
