The apartment is spaceous, offers enough privacy because of the separated levels, a well-working AC, and a fully equiped kitchen. Windows open into a garden/courtyard. The location is perfect: central enough to reach everything by foot, has some kiosks just across the street, but is also quiet enough since it's not directly in the touristy center. We could always reach the owner, Maurizio, via whatsapp.

Very spacious, great kitchen, comfortable bed. Host was very helpful. Easy to get to buses and train station. We walked to most museums and top sites.

Would have been nice to have a few brochures and maps in the room for the first time visitor but this was not a hotel and so is not expected. We were happy here.

Walking is part of the Florence experience and the property was within easy reach of all the major sights north of the river. We had a family of four in the apartment and it was perfect for us on a budget. Olde world building with massive front door and high ceilings giving a historical flavour.

It is necessary to open the window to ventilate the bathroom, we did not choose to do so to prevent mosquitoes etc. Maybe ventilation can be installed in the bathrooms, this is just a suggestion.

The staff helped us leave our luggage even though we arrived very early in the morning. He was very helpful and polite. The room was very clean, we stayed comfortably for 4 nights.

The neighbours upstairs from us were a bit loud during the evening. I guess it was unlucky timing.

We were surprised with how big the appartment was! A beautiful kitchen (fully equipped with pots, pans etc.) to cook in while relaxing after a long day of exploring the city, a very decent and clean bathroom and lovely beds. There was even a tv where you could stream music on.

The room was pretty cold considering the ceilings are high and the windows are historic, so they don't keep the heat in very well.

A little bit of street noise. A buzzer kept going off in our room? Maurizio ( the host) was very nice but it was a little bit difficult to communicate with him. He did not speak a word of English. I should have learned more Italian before my trip to communicate better while visiting. Luckily, we did not have any issues, as he is not always at the property ( it seemed) But, other than that, I would highly recommend this place as an excellent place due to its price, cleanliness, and ideal location to everything!

The windows transmitted a bit of street noise which included jack-hammering during our stay (but only during the day). Nights weren't bad so wouldn't be a problem for most people.

Location was good - we had to walk a ways with our small suitcases from the closest secure parking but I think you can arrange to drop things off at the door with some effort and a permit. Very charming room with loft but loft stairs only for the nimble. The manager provided me with a kettle on request. Great location for all that Florence has to offer without being in the thick of things.

If you are a light-sleeper you ll probably have a problem with the outside noise. Even though the windows are big and beautiful( old wooden windows ) they are not noise-proof. But still a minor problem.

Nice apartment , in a nice location really close to the city center (less than 15 minutes). Big and clean room with all the necessary equipment such as microwave, small fridge etc.

Not very close to the city land marks, but the city is so beautifull, you don't mind walking 20min. It's worthy. Loved Firenze.

Great room for a couple with kids or friends. The room has 1 big couple's bed and 2 single ones on the second floor. The kitchen is really well equiped and the bathroom clean and spacious. Very friendly people in the building and hospitallity from Maurizzio, that welcomed us and took care of the space. Cute view to a garden.

Difficult to say, since it was exactly what I was looking for and I stayed only 3 nights.

very central location (800m from the central squares). Nice big kitchen, large room. I was by myself, but it would have been perfect for 4 people. Quite place, no much noise from the streets.
