You need to know the difficulty to find the road parking space in the evening on Friday and Saturday near the B&B. But the modern garage parking would be the best choice in such a case even though you need to take a walk for 15 min. The problem of the parking is not limited to the specific B&B, but it is a problem of whole city in Lecce. If we can choose some options for breakfast served by the B&B, it would be far prettier.

The location was very good to reach the main spots in the old city by foot. The B&B has a nice balcony where you can spend relax time with local wine in the evening even in the hot summer. The owner is very generous and helpful and you can find the solution by asking him questions.

Bathroom door lock was faulty and the shower tray had a tendency to overflow and flood the bathroom floor. Portable air con unit wasn't great.

Fabulous location in the centre of Lecce. Good breakfast provided by the host, which was a good start to the day. Host also provided information of things to see and do in Lecce and salento region.

Parking is not permitted in the city so you need to park a bit further away not immediately near the hotel. It is not a problem though - there is street parking.

The shower! Shower head did not fit wall fitting - which detached from wall as soon as touched! Also proprietor attempting to show our room to a group chatting audibly outside when we were in room having a nap in the afternoon.

This was our fault, but we did not realize it was one room for all 4 of us. We were a little thrown off upon our arrival, but it worked out and you can’t beat the location and breakfast!

The location was perfect - right in the heart of town. The breakfast was fabulous - delicious foods and pretty balcony.

Parking was hard to find on the weekends outside of the old town where you have to park as everyone is out. Steps to our room were a bit difficult but it is all in the type of accommodations we chose so we toughed it out. Once we got to our rooftop outside private terrace the hike was worth it. If you have troubles with steep steps though the third floor is not for you. Our bathroom was a bit challenging space wise for getting ready but not a terribly big deal we managed.

Everything! The location and ambience staying in a B&B that was a home in the old city’s center turned into lodging. I felt like I was truly living in my grandparents house. The host was kind and helpful. He even took us to our car at 5am so we would not have to walk with our luggage when leaving. Breakfast was superb.

Breakfast could have been better, first morning was amazing with fruits, pastries, yogurt, coffee and juices, then after the next morning just being cereal, we had to ask for fruit and yogurt, which the host provided.

Very central location. Loads of character and charm. Original historic architecture and interiors. Large bright comfortable room. Peaceful breakfast on the communal terrace - fresh bread and pastries. Friendly communication with host.

Our room was on the top floor. Approximately 40 steep steps to get to room. This room not recommended for quests with mobility issues.

The hosts attitude from the very beginning till checkout .he was constantly turning off the AC shutting it down from the main electriciy panel then blaming us for abusing the AC and damaging the house ? And apparently us another visitor and him we were sharing the same flat and he said that because of us the electricity was down and he will charge for it. He was sending me messages all the time about house rules and abusing the house etc which we were doing absolutely nothing . If we paid this amount of money for a 2 night stay with AC , it should be provided . Instead i always received very long messagees about extra charge and us abusing the house .

Absolutely loved this property very quirky interesting house with everything you could need in the historical centre of Lecce

No one was there to greet us. Host spoke not one word of English! We had to contact him by phone to gain access to the apt. He was difficult regarding our access. Opened the locked door remotely. There was no info in the room to assist us with restaurants in the area or interesting sites. In fact there was NO assistance from the host in any way. He appeared in the apt the morning of our departure to serve breakfast. We were surprised. Would not recommend staying here if you don’t know any Italian and if you want a welcoming form of hospitality .

Location! Very near pedestrian zone with restaurants/shops/cafés, 6 minute walk to inexpensive public parking on Viale fella Université, quiet neighborhood. Large room with large living room/dining room and balcony. Angelo and son were great hosts with good suggestions of sights to visit.
