How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is not a drawback, but there was no active ventilation in the bathroom, or maybe I just didn’t figure out how to turn it on.
Everything was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, everything looked new and well-maintained, with air conditioning and a TV. No outside noise at all. The bathroom was also great. Very close to the train station, about a 15-minute walk to the city center — the location is excellent. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Didn't receive check in instructions in advance, but after we called all communication with host was good.
Simple, clean spacious rooms. Good location if traveling by train. Coffee machine in the common area.

At first we were unsure about the location, as it is in a residential/ apartment area. However, it was only a short walk from the city centre. Just something to note before booking.
Great stay, exactly as pictured in the photos. Lovely new bathroom and air conditioning, very clean too. Easy to get into, and the host was both lovely and very flexible with our check in and check out times.

We got lost looking for it. Didn’t expect it to be an apartment in a residential block and no clear signage. However this was only niggle and didn’t affect stay once we found it
Very large bedroom with comfy bed and high quality bathroom. Near to the train station and the town. Hosts allowed us to leave luggage early.

the room is not soundproof, you can hear other guests come and go entering their room. and if they are loud you can hear from the next room.
it’s really clean, with nice facilities for the shared kitchen-living room. it’s located in strategic place, close to the train station but not that far from city center. and the owner is really friendly and good in communication.

No breakfast option. price was independent from the number of persons stayed in the room ( 1 and 2 persons). I traveled alone and has to pay high price

Nothing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
I love this place! The room is extremely spacious, quite and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. The location is also convinet, 7 minutes from the Porta Nuovo station and 20 minutes from the touristy centre. The area was quite and it felt safe. Same as the building. Our communication with our hostess was easy and fast.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location was within walking distance of both the train station and all the main sites in Verona. The owners were lovely and let me store my luggage before check-in. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Nothing to fault about this place.

Lovely newly decorated apartment about 10 min walk from train- Also close to old city and Arena/Piazza Bra Instructions for access very simple and owner Luana very friendly and available. Her recommendation to visit Castel San Pietro was well worth the trip Fantastic view of the city

The lock on our rooms door seemed to stop working for some reason. This wasn’t necessarily the hotels fault but we didn’t feel the most comfortable sleeping with a door that didn’t lock. Hopefully that gets fixed.
Very clean, spacious and lovely to be able to make use of the half kitchen. The host was very easy to communicate with and allowed an early check in. The location was perfect for us as we were there for a day before training out (15 min walk to city centre and less than 10 to walk to the train station).

It’s necessary to use a lift, unless you want to use stairs. It’s working well, but I personally try to avoid lifts. The shower door seal let water through, so it was necessary to keep it on mind. But nothing serious, overall I was happy and would definitely recommend.
Luana was very helpful on the arrival day, it was possible to leave luggage early, which I really appreciated. The building is new and clean, also the room was nice and bathroom beautiful. A bottle of water was always appreciated, thank you! :) And the bed was comfortable! It’s close to the train/bus station (10 min quick walk), but also to the city center.
