Everything, the location , the room , cleanliness, attention to details , and most of all Martina . She is so great , she’ll cook for us a great breakfast every morning. She will tell us where to take the bus , great place to eat Our only regret was to leave this great place

Lifts were a bit small when we had luggage. Struggled a bit initially. All good when not managing luggage.

Charming spacious room. 20min walk from St. Peters Basilica. Bus and Train station close by. Supermarket up and across the road St Peters Basilica was visible from the balcony

The mattresses were a bit on the soft side but that is entirely preference based.

Martina, the host, was super helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night and she organised everything. Breakfast was very nice as well with a lot of options for food and drinks. Location is right next to Vatican. AC in the room was a lifesaver.

Highly recommended! Fantastic location, room with a terrace and a private bathroom. Clean, well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Martina responded to every message very quickly, was proactive, and extremely helpful. We truly appreciated being able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. If I return to Rome, I will definitely book this place again. 10 out of 10 + 1 star! 🌟 Thank you for everything!

I loved absolutely every detail of this place – the charming shabby chic decor, spotless cleanliness, and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The terrace offers an amazing view, perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was simply delicious. The location is also excellent – quiet, yet close to everything. Highly recommended!

One small suggestion: larger-sized towels would be a great addition for the bathroom, but still 10/10 :)

Martina was one of the best hosts we have ever met: always present when needed! Mami Guest House was just a 10-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica, and it was also very easy to reach the city centre by bus 916. Breakfast was amazing at Mami Guest House and even provided free coffee :) We will definitely go back again! 10/10 defo.

The property was in such a convenient location, less than 10 mins walk to the Vatican and around 7 min walk to San Pietro station which is so easy to travel from. The host Martina was so lovely and accommodating and the cleaner was so nice as well! Buffet breakfast was nice, and we liked that the place didn’t have so many guests as it was more homely. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay with very good facilities and great hospitality

Location close to St.Peter Basilica, that could be seen from the balcony and we walked to Basilica. Near to train station, bus stop in front of the house, Very clean, beautifully furnished rooms. We loved our room with jacuzzi, it was great to relax there after long day. Breakfast was very good and very well served. We enjoyed our stay

It is a good location for Vatican visit, other side of river you can walk easily. Martina is a very helpful host! Decoration of rooms are so cute and also it was very clean!! We stayed in a rom with balcony which was a joy to sit in the nigh time.

Everything is perfect for us.

There are so many positives! A little gem of a place. The location is great- 20-25 minutes walk to St Peter’s Basilica and Vatican museums, bus stop just across the road 2 min walk away to go to Coty centre and historical Roman buildings. Nearby supermarket. There are laundry services nearby. Variety of food options at a short distance. The place is kept amazingly clean with daily cleaning. However the best thing about the place are the people running the guest house. Martina and her colleagues go out of the way to care for the guests. Always ready to help, answer questions and give good suggestions. The breakfast is really nice with a good variety for all tastes. We really loved our stay. Thank you.

Amazing attention to detail with the room. I’m sure the other rooms will be just as amazing. Loved the pink room as it was spacious, roomy and fresh. Would definitely come back and stay again. Martina was a great host and the breakfast selection is great.
