This was my best stay in Orvieto! I felt at home, very welcome. The location is unique in the very heart of Orvieto. It was great to be able to reach the place by car and park on site! The apartment and the room are very nice and designed & complete for all needs.

This was a very lovely property and the hosts are wonderful. Very easy taxi ride from the Orvieto train station (first Orvieto train station not the Orvieto center one). Immediately met at the gate and lead up to our room (room was ready early!). The apartment my husband and I were in was a shared kitchen, living room, and small balcony with a private bedroom and bath. There was one other private bedroom and bath that shared the common living quarters. Very quiet, very secure and a wonderful location. Easy access to Orvieto shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again!

There is nothing that we didn’t like but if your car is large then you might not be able to get to the hotel car park as the road is very narrow. There is alternate parking though so please don’t be put off by this. It’s an old town that would have been built before cars were around.

It was very clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the middle of the town so once checked in no further driving required. They even gave us a map so we could explore and find everything we would like to see or do.

Very tight road and alley leading to property. Glad we have a small car. But nice safe gated parking area.

Perfect old town location, just steps from the Corso Cavour, the Main Street. Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant owner and check-in experience. Pre-check-in instructions included a video link showing the way to the property. Perfect for any fears of overstepping into a ZTL area.

Nothing! I could not find fault with anything. It fulfilled all my expectations over and above. The friendliness, the value for money, the home feeling, the facilities. Everything was perfect.

The hosts were wonderful! Even managed to do a small load of washing that upon my return was hung out for me. Attention detail was seen in everything! The lounge dining and kitchen as well as my room were tastefully decorated. The kitchen came with everything needed in order to prepare a meal including olive oil. My room oozed charm in every nook a cranny. It felt more like a home than a lodging. Highly recommend to anybody booking a stay here in Orvieto. I had a terrific stay!

Wish there was some English language programming on the TV. Even if only CNN international…but maybe better not knowing what crazy things are going on while traveling? Hmmm.

The room, location and amenities were fantastic. Especially appreciated the washing machine with a gentle cycle! Breakfast was not included but we had access to an espresso machine and beautiful kitchen in a comfortable common room.

The beds were extremely comfy and the room was a good size. The parking was extremely useful and the cheapest were had on our road trip so far! The ladies were very welcoming! We ate dinner in one of their recommended restaurants and were very happy!

The rooms were nice and well equipped. Modern bathroom. It seems like it was renovated yesterday. A coffee machine is available. It is located in the historical part of the city, close to all important attractions. They have their own parking lot. You get detailed directions to access their house. I can give it a 10 without any doubts.

The balcony was lovely to sit having lunch. It was useful to have a washing machine in the room. Orvieto was one of our favourite stops in Italy so far. This is a great central but quite location. The staff were very helpful and we could leave our bags on the last day whilst we finished seeing Orvieto.

Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and we could hear the gentleman next door talking on the phone and snoring quite loudly all night. It's silent other than that, so it's luck of the draw who your neighbour is. Also, when we arrived and clicked the buzzer for entry, the person did not speak English, and did not give us access. Luckily someone else came and entered for a different unit and let us into the courtyard. Another gentleman from Atmosphere d'Arte came out a few minutes later to greet us. No one is really at fault really, but the check-in process could have been a little smoother. Another couple experienced the same thing as we were leaving.

The room was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. It even has a washing machine! The gentleman who met us was kind and welcoming. Loved that espresso was provided and access to the kitchen was available. It's a nice comfortable place to stay in Orvieto, I would recommend it.

Everything about our stay at Atmosfera d’ Arte was perfect. Our room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Parking was on site and gated. The apartment is inside the walls and less than a block away from the main avenue of old Orvieto. Communication with owner was great.

Our room was impeccable and the ladies that manage the place were very helpful and accommodating. We had the white room and the bed was super comfy. The room had air conditioning and a washer which came handy as we went in the middle of our trip. Located within walking distance to the city center and we were able to park our car on property.
