Not a big issue due to the location and your setting but the wi-fi was a bit spotty throughout.

Beautiful farm stay in Tuscany. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lot of nice little touches. All staff were amazing, both helpful and super friendly making you feel right at home. The pool area was amazing in the summer heat, and the surrounding grounds were lovely. The restaurant onsite for dinner was fantastic, and the local produce was spectacular. The breakfast provided was amazing!

Excellent service and attention to detail throughout - establishments of this kind are rarely this good. Can only echo all the praise by other guests. It has got it all - spacious rooms, very pleasant courtyard area and ample parking; the pool came handy in scorching heat and the breakfast is second to none. The restaurant and their wines are also very good. All in all, this a highly recommended place.

The staff was exceptionally kind. We felt very welcome with our baby. Beautiful location and spacious room. Excellent lunch and dinner at the restaurant, with ingredients and wine from the fattoria. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays but they provide you with recommendations for other restaurants. Breakfast had a selection of homemade cakes, bread, dairy and eggs. The garden and pool are beautifully tended to. Thank you to the whole team, and particularly Cristina for your kind words ! We had a wonderful time 🙏🏻

Nothing, we wanted to relax after our travels and so the facility was ideal for that and provided all that we required.

The staff, especially Alberto the manager were delightful. Alberto was the perfect host and showed a real passion for his job. He assisted with transporting us to Arezzo car hire to return the hire car as well as dropping us to the train station. The shuttle service incurred a fee but it was well worth it. The facilities were lovely, the pool for the guests and the restaurant on site. This was so helpful as we were in a small town outside of Arezzo and had no car. The restaurant provided high quality food and the staff were friendly and efficient, even apologising for not having great English.

Honestly if I was too be very picky maybe the rooms aren’t super sound proof. But no big deal. Everything was so great.

This is such a special place with warm special people. The rooms are so comfortable with large bathrooms and a small fridge. We had a room with a balcony which was fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the kindness of the hosts, chef, servers, housekeepers ; everyone was so kind and helpful. Also the restaurant is such a gem. The 0km menu is amazing and we were in awe of what they produced with all their home made local ingredients including the wine and olive oil. Hats off to the chef ! We will be back !

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming hotel just outside Arezzo. The property is full of character and perfectly blends rustic elegance with modern comfort. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a peaceful view of the surrounding countryside — the kind of place you immediately feel at home. One of the true highlights was the on-site restaurant. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients sourced directly from the farm and local producers. You can really taste the care and quality in every dish. A special thank you to Francesco, our waiter, who made each dining experience even more memorable with his warm service, great recommendations, and genuine hospitality. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — it’s clear they take pride in what they do. This hotel is a perfect base for exploring the region while enjoying the slower pace and beauty of Tuscan life. We can’t wait to return!

There was nothing we didn't like.

This place was absolutely stunning, I cannot recommend a stay here highly enough. The location, accommodation and restaurant were all beautiful topped only by Alberto, Christina and team's kind, warm and generous hospitality. Would love to go back! The room was spacious and comfortable with all the modern amenities and lovely views. The breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant were some of the best food we have had, all created with produce from the farm.

Beautiful and relaxing place, with an excellent dining experience. Francesco, the maitre’d, was fantastic—he took the time to explain the “0 Km” menu concept in detail, which added a meaningful touch to our meal. Breakfast was equally impressive, and Elisa from the breakfast chef went the extra mile to outline all the available options. Her warm and attentive service truly enhanced our morning experience. Added value the vicinity to Arezzo but fair enough to be relaxed and quiet.
