Simone and Alessio are amazing hosts and they have created a truly special place. The whole house is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail, the rooms are great and there is also a wonderful garden to relax. If you have the chance, stay on a Saturday and join them for dinner, it's absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is great. I can't recommend this place enough and I will definitely come back.

Nothing - the whole experience was perfect!

What an amazing experience. A superb place to stay, awesome hosts and the food was delicious . We based ourselves here for three days which enabled us to travel to many of the beautiful local towns, wineries and countryside.

It is not easy to reach the places in the Tuscany area by car. However, if you'd like to stay and enjoy your time there, then this will not be a problem.

Nature and breakfast were very nice. Simone is a very kind and helpful host. The room is comfortable as well.

Very nice people, good food. Fresh home made cake for breakfast. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also decorated with taste and in stile of the building. In very small town, nice and quit with enough parking space directly in front. Great wineries nearby and Arezzo is on biking distance, if you are a trained cyclist. We will definitely go again and recommend it to friends and family.

Nit sure if there was an AC… but because its on top of the mountains its not ad hot as jt is in the cities… still hot though. And mosquitoes will eat you.. I would still book again though

Kind and caring staff! Simone and his team will assist you with anything you may beed and the place itself is SO cute! It has a restaurant that opens daily(check me though.. not sure) and as I booked last minute Simone immediately texted me and asked if I want to join dinner that night. Everything was great and the views are just stunning. You can only reach it by car but if you di get there, waking up in the heart of the Tuscan mountains is pure magic!!

Unforgettable experience. Amazing view from the window and from the garden. Beautiful nature, flowers. We saw a fox, a hedgehog, two fawns. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Great pillows, decor, atmosphere. Cool, secluded location. Simone and Alessio are great hosts.

I was surprise to learn the B&B’s restaurant was only open one evening per week. Nusenna is a very small village with no amenities. It’s a 20 minute drive over switchback roads to reach the nearest restaurant. With that being said, knowing Simone and Alessio, I’m sure they would have been happy to make us dinner or lunch had we requested it.

Simone and Alessio couldn’t have been more welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Simone recommended local restaurants and even gave my husband and I an itinerary of lesser known mountain villages that we spent the day visiting. The B&B is beautiful, impeccably decorated with a mixture of antiques and modern art. I highly recommend having dinner at their restaurant. It’s several courses, all of which are delicious!
