The distance from the center of town, but I knew this when I booked. Our host provided bikes but that option wouldn’t work for us. However, there is a taxi service that will take you down to the center of town. It is 10€ per trip.

It was beautiful, both inside and outside. The garden outside and the decor inside. The host was very attentive and she purchased gluten-free snacks for my mom when she found out she could not eat gluten. The lodging was as described, including that there were two beds.

Stefania was so pleasant! Really made us feel welcome. Parking was in a secure adjacent garage. The property is in a peaceful countryside setting with lots of beautiful plantings. Simple but tasty breakfast treats and illy espresso machine. Bottles of water in mini fridge. We walked to city center (Levanto) for dinner. It took about 20 minutes and we really enjoyed it. Levanto has a few nice places to dine. There was a music performer playing on the square. We did walk back in the dark and I had a small flashlight for safety. Walk to Levanto train to Cinque Terre is about 15 minutes.

The lady/ owner (sorry I forgot your name) was so nice. They have some bikes for the guests to use because the location is far from the village. But the house/ room was cozy, very clean and comfy. We had a coffee machine and also some snacks. The small details inside and outside the house(like flowers etc) make such a difference.

Very nice hostess and really homey place, beautiful garden, peaceful and quiet. Great location to start Cinque Terre tour, train station and Levanto center just 10 min drive. There is a coffee maker and some snacks, but you better get some supplies for the breakfast, as there is no grocery or café within walking distance. Grazie Mille Stefania! That it was quite a walk from town (30minutes in the sun). However we had a chance to try the bicycles the host lends us for free and that was fun (10minutes). The air conditioning is acceptable but takes a while to circulate the room so the side not in front of the air con stays warm for a while (maybe 2h).

That the host was super accommodating, very friendly! When we needed a lift to the station last minute, she answered as soon as possible! There are suntanning beds outside too. Breakfast snacks and tea and instant coffee, with kettle all provided.

The hostess was simply amazing. Above and beyond. Lent us bicycles, drove us to the train station, shared a late night cup of coffee before my long drive. Will definitely be back

Stefania is the best host you could ask for, What a lovely place in the beautiful mountains of Levanto. The room is very nice and the bed is really comfortable. Highly recommended for future travelers.

It’s such a lovely place! Looks so much better in reality than in the pictures. It was very clean and everything what you may need was provided. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. situated in the hills above levanto in a very pretty setting and lovely gardens. A taxi ride from the train station is recommended to molina ghiare for 10 euro.. Stephany the host is very helpful and gave me a bicycle to use and explore the town which was great. The room is very clean and spacious and the garden setting was very pleasing.. I highly recommend
