A little strange smell in the corridor

Very good hotel for the price we paid. We are truly satisfied. Probably not for 4 stars hotel, but definitely perfect for the price.

The staff was very friendly, they explained everything that we asked, they were very client orientated. The food was excelent, they brought it in a very short time. They always smiled at the clients.

The hotel is wonderful, beautiful area, we wanted to stay longer than 1 night, delicious breakfast, no noise. But in the restaurant, it seems that the employees are not customer-oriented, the service is at a low level. We were brought a salad at the end, the grilled vegetables also waited a long time and were cold, we had to call the waiters all the time and remind them about the order, the sauce was brought 15 minutes, after several requests and reminders. The hall was almost empty, 2-3 tables with visitors only. It seemed that the staff was ignoring us, but the price already included a service charge of 3 euros per person. I think this is too low a level of service in the restaurant for a 4 * hotel.

We could hear the main door opening every time someone came in or out. The fridge in our room wasn’t cold.

Great location for getting to Monza track. The surrounding gardens were lovely. Great breakfast.

Rooms are extremely basic, though large enough, but even not suitable for a 1 star hotel... Noise from adjacent rooms. Tiny shower. Location not convenient by public transportation to Milano. Basic breakfast.

Rural Motel with nice gardens and other facilities for outdoor events. Convenient parking on site. Friendly staff.

Very thin glass bathroom doors so going to bathroom is quite awkward since we were a group of 3. Window in a bathroom that is as low as the floor so you can see inside the bathroom from the hotel backyard.

At the main entrance of the building’s rooms there was this bad carpet smell which was so pungent, and the humidity on some walls was a bit visibile; maybe it was connected to the really bad weather of the previous days?

The Staff was super cordial, kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good and plenty of different type of food.

The room is a bit worn, with sloppy details and lighting. The fridge and dripping toilet were very noisy and you can hear the neighbouring rooms quite well. Bring earbuds.

Friendly, professional staff. Breakfest is ok, bedcomfort and bathroom adequate and there is plenty of parking space. The restaurant serves good dinner at fair prices and with good weather you can sit on the pleasant terrace. We have been here 3 times now as it`s convenient and you feel taken care of by the staff.

Not as modern on the inside as other hotels I stayed in during my trip.

The staff was the best thing about the hotel. Followed by location, it was 30 mins walk to the hospital in Vimercate. I was visiting a patient there.

Other section of hotel where we stayed is under renovation. Rooms was smelling a bit as if not opened for many days. Air conditioner was too loud and old.

Late check-in was easy. Huge parking on-site without any extra charge. Beds are comfortable. Rooms and Bathrooms are clean.

Our air conditioning was not working properly and at 30 degrees you don’t need that! It made the stay unpleasant. Hotel maintenance tried fixing it but it was a very short term fix and went faulty again straight away.

Clean, staff are lovely and the food in the restaurant is really good.

The breakfasts are meager and monotonous. The omelet smells rotten, the sausage and fruit are not fresh. The restaurant was always closed, so having dinner was a big problem.

No much wardrobe space, sink clogged, no coffee or tea facilities in room. Basic room with no armchair or table.
