foul smell in the room!!

We really enjoyed our few days in Alcamo at Villa Vittoria. The room was perfect, except for the foul smell - which we could clearly notice as soon as you enter the room. It was great to be in the same floor of the pool level - so it was easy to go to the pool with 2 kids under 2. the breakfast was lovely, full of typical sicillian pastries. The pool area is also lovely!

Menus need to be varied more and it would help to include more panini style choices instead of full meals for lunch. Dinner/lunch menus definitely need more selection of variations - it stayed the same day after day. A better choice of salads.

Characterful. Very clean. Large Veranda was very social but quiet with a lovely view and easy access to refreshments. Nice furniture in varying styles to sit on throughout the outside of hotel. Helpful staff.

The room was slightly dated but in true Sicilian style. Due to the nature of the floor, it felt dusty but rooms were cleaned every day.

Stunning views of sunset, pool was clean, the staff were super friendly! Every time we were buying drinks, they would bring round apéritif’s, they were wonderful. They couldn’t have been more accommodating to our friend’s wedding.

Prices at the pool too high in comparison. No own drinks allowed. Tge room smelled bad (bathroom). They fixed it.

We are traveling with large luggage and had no space to open it and walk comfortably around on the lower floor. And there was no way we were going to bring the suitcases up the stairs to the bedroom.

Clean, large room that was 2 floors with the bedroom on the upper floor. So for those who have mobility problems, consider that our room had an extra staircase you had to climb to reach the bed. Easy parking on the property for the hotel. Hotel staff was good. The restaurant was okay, not amazing. They said they could make a salad (not on the menu), they did try to help, but in the end they weren't super flexible and the salad was iceberg, carrots, and cucumber and tomato. Very simple.

I wished to stay longer.

I liked everything, many nice details, beautiful rooms, hospitality. It is recomanded to have a car if you stay at this hotel. It is close to alcamo center which is very nice and you have many beatiful beaches nearby.

As background, we booked this last minute as we had an early flight from Palermo and had spent the week in a private villa in the countryside outside Noto. The hotel was a fantastic choice and far exceeded our expectations - our dinner on the veranda was excellent, lovely helpful staff, we slept well and had a great breakfast. We didn't have time to take advantage of all of the facilities, but the pool looked good and the garden was well maintained and we arrived at the airport relaxed (it is a 25 min drive).

Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly, from the reception to the restaurant and pool. The food was very tasteful, we had lunch by the pool and dinner at the restaurant, 10/10. Good base location to visit places such as Castellamare del Golfo, Palermo, Zingaro Reserve.

I would have absolutely loved it if there were a few cocktails on the menu.

The staff were an absolute pleasure, really went out of their way on so many occasions to makes us happy and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Really attractive, quiet and clean hotel. Would recommend.

Little gem of a hotel in an old convent. A little out of town, but perfect for access to Palermo airport. Staff were very friendly. The 5 course set dinner menu was superb- congratulations to the chef.

A beautiful and very peaceful place. There are great restaurants nearby and the opportunity to take a walk around the village. Everyone was very kind. We would stay there again.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were amazingly helpful & kind. This is a true 4* hotel in every way. The building, the decor, the facilities, service, room & bathroom, comfortable bed, everything spotless, amazing breakfast with phenomenal attention to detail. Excellent dinner. Gorgeous terrace that looks out at the bay. Easy parking. My stay could not have been better.
