Everything was great. We found a parking space on the street without any problems. We were met by a very friendly Mr. Gennaro, who explained everything and gave us lots of tips for sightseeing. The location is great, the rooms are spacious and very clean. I definitely highly recommend the accommodation.

Very clean, comfortable bed and excellent position. Great to have heat system that we could use to make a more pleasant atmosphere being in Matera in November and evening and nights were cooler. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Very good location, walking distance to pedestrian area from Sassi, very clean and new furniture, everything spotless. Also Mr Genaro was very nice and welcoming, willing to help us with a lot of information about restaurants, places to visits etc. Definitely a place to recommend and come back

We had the most wonderful time staying with Gennaro. He was a wonderful host and especially helpful. The accommodation was spotless and so close to the Sassi. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely return again.

It was a very nice place. No other facility except the rooms. But very well thought of rooms with all amenities. Functionally very good. We were very happy with the place.

Pillows and single bed were very firm, not comfortable.

We enjoyed staying at this clean modern loft suite. The bed configurations accommodated, one couple, and two single, female comfortably and suite provided everything we needed w a large bathroom and a great shower.

Clean well appointed air conditioned property in easy walking distance of the town centre and ancient section. Lots of information provided on arrival from tour guides to restaurants. We stayed on the ground floor next to the street door and weren’t disturbed at all. Good sized room, comfortable bed with tea, coffee and snacks provided. On street paid parking within east walking distance or you can take up the offer of secure parking nearby.

The location is very close to Matera Centrale (one strange little station)! Gennaro is very kind and helpful, and my worries about gaining access to the place were soon calmed. My room was rather simple and not large, but extremely clean, and the bathroom was sleek & modern.

The property is perfectly located, everything is brand new and super clean. It is comfortable, modern, well located, absolutely perfect. The best part is the host, Gennaro, who allowed an early check in, greeted me, went out of his way to help with any requests, and even went to his place to find an adaptor that I needed, he is amazing. He also speaks perfect english which made things easier. Cant recommend enough, thanks!

It was everything as in the photos and description. The room was absolutely clean and you have everything you need. Very spacious, good location, Italian breakfast and the host is very polite and you can ask everything you need or any suggestions.

Extremely nice accommodation and suberb location. We can warmly recommend. Also great for two friends or family as there was another double bed in the loft in it's own privacy. The room and excellent bathroom were spacious and coffee machine in the entrance was an extra bonus. Also kettle in the room and water and juice in the fridge. 10 points!!

The problem with the property was the option of having separate beds. I chose two single beds while booking on booking.com as I was traveling with my mother. I contacted the property to confirm that there would indeed be two beds. Then, I learned that I had to pay extra for separate beds - which wasn't a good start. The property manager, who was quite nice otherwise, explained that he had to bring an extra bed to the room and I agreed. The result was that there was an extra foldaway bed when we arrived, which was extremely uncomfortable. But also the room had a mezzanine with two single extra beds. So, in total, the room could sleep four but I paid extra for a foldaway bed! So technically, there was no need for a foldaway bed!! It was a waste of money and comfort to bring the extra bed when there were perfectly fine beds in the room...

The location is pretty good! The rooms are on the ground floor but still quiet. Also, the rooms were naturally cool - which is always a plus in the region.
