We liked everything

We had some trouble with the coded door at the beginning of our stay - it would be better to have a person to greet. Also the rooftop bar was closed for a private function during the evening which was disappointing - and the staff member up there was quite rude when we enquired. He did eventually allow us to have a drink up there for 15 mins before the function.

We were 1,5 hours before check in time and our room was ready but receptionist said it is 30 euro in order to check in earlier even thought the room was ready clean and not occupied.. we have been in many hotels and never experience this in more luxurious hotels.. if the room is ready not occupied and you are like 1,5 hours earlier it should be normal to just get a room without additional payment

Rooms 10 and 11 off the courtyard take forever to get hot water to the shower, if it comes at all. This needs looked at by the hotel. The roof bar opens at 6, BUT, nobody told us you have to book, so we were sent away. Very disappointing. I understand its a separate venture that operate this, but the hotel could have told us to book a table and saved us the embarrassment of sitting down and then being asked to leave.

The location is perfect. Rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was fab and plenty of great coffee. The little roof pool and chill out area is stunning. The facilities are spotless and the location great with ability to walk to everything.

Staff was really nice, especially that one guy that was singing while cleaning garden :) We also had a problem with cold water in the shower one evening, but he solved it in 3 minutes!

Stylish, modern , clean with really lovely public areas, a gorgeous rooftop bar /restaurant which was so nice to spend late afternoon/early evening helped by really friendly and helpful staff , will stay here again on my next visit to Palermo.

There was nobody there during check in, which slowed us down a little, but nothing too bad. Keys were left out and we were able to find them relatively quickly. AC in the lobby/common area would have made it a little nicer to hang out there, but the courtyard was very nice as well. There was construction going on nearby, which started at 7am, but we were generally up then anyways, so not a big deal.

The breakfast was incredible. It was displayed beautifully with many options. Everything tasted very fresh. The property was well designed and was great for a small group to each have their own room, but common areas to hang out, especially on the roof with the pool and amazing views of the water.

Excellent location minutes away from the main street in Palermo with dozens of restaurants and bars on or off this thoroughfare. Superb views over waterfront especially from the rooftop terrace with its enticing pool and evening bar - a big thank you to the efficient and polite team! Spacious room with all the amenities you would need, nice comfortable bed and extremely high standards of housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was a delight with a wide variety of continental products and served by a professional team.

Beautiful boutique hotel which is tastefully decorated, conveniently located and provides a comfortable stay in Palermo. The breakfast has a good selection for all tastes. A roof top terrace with a pool and bar is an amazing place to relax after daily activities and before dining out .

There's no electrical outlet near the bed to charge phone. Pillows are too chunky/springy. Jacuzzi wasn't heated: it would be nice if it was heated as the temperature at night goes down into the 50's when I stayed there and in May.

Location right on the harbor. Interesting neighborhood -- not too touristy. Beautiful building and decor -- love the combination of old and new. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast -- especially good chocolate cake and a beautiful spread of fruit.
