Exceptional B&B, incredible host and beautiful views

Absolutely nothing.

Fantastic stay. We got there by motorbike on a hot day and were super-tired. The host was friendly and welcoming. We could park our bike into the courtyard, enjoy the beautiful garden and lake vista. It's a beautiful traditional home managed by great people. Home-made breakfast was lovely too. The room was nice and spacious enough, and super clean also. Definitely would suggest this b&b.

It's close to small beach and small bar. It's very quiet and beautufull garden with viev on lake. In the night you can visit Belaggio.

Nothing here, everything was perfect.

Exceeded our expectations! An extremely beautiful place, perfect location for a summer vacation at Lake Como. The hosts are very friendly and provide great breakfast, as well as water and fruits any time. They also give great advices. The room was cozy and silent and had a picturesque view from the balcony and the bathroom. A great terrace is also accessible. Parking is free.

Our host Laura was very friendly. Our room had an astonishing view on the lake and the mountains. The room and bathroom were crystal clean. The breakfast was the best we had in italy.

Property was in fabulous location with lake view. Room are neat and clean with all require amenities for daily use.

We enjoyed and loved absolutely everything.

Laura(the host) put her heart and soul to make our stay at her wonderful villa as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She treated us as if we were members of her family and responded to any question or request we had. The room had magic views over the lake from windows and a balcony, breakfasts were delicious- Laura buys fresh bread and pastries early every morning to treat her guests. The villa has its own car park and is within easy reach to Bellagio. Excellent value for money and it was hard to leave - so much we enjoyed our stay at B&B L'Erica.

We loved everything!

We stayed here September 11th, 2024. Lauro was an excellent host! The room was very clean. She made everyone breakfast and I must say it was wonderful. She goes out of her way to please everyone and you will definitely leave with a full belly! This was well worth the money. If she was not booked up until October we would have loved to stay another night. The location was very good.

Spacious room in a very nice house with quite big shared space. You also have your own balcony with a lake view, but you have the scenic view from all the spots. The place had all that I needed and the host was one of nices people I've met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. The breakfast was awesome with fresh local produce and obviously lake/mountain view from the terrace.

Perfect view from the garden. Golden hour was out of the world. I fell in love in lake Como because of this place. Very quiet place, super friendly owner of the house. Very good breakfast.

Our stay at B&B L`erica was a pleasant surprise as it was more like staying at your friends home than just a place to spend the night. It is a house with a soul. We appreciate such opportunities a lot as they give you a chance to actually experience the culture and see the way other people live. Our room had a balcony with a view over the village and the lake, we were provided with everything we might need, there was a communal living room also with a balcony, where we had our tea and snacks (provided by the hostess). The breakfast was delicious and lavish. Signora Laura was very helpful and kind, she advised us on things we needed to know and to communicate with her was a pure joy. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and hope to come back one day myself

Our stay here was great. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The owner was very nice, and the breakfast she made left us with only good impressions! We are so thankful for her attitude towards us and the efforts she makes to make the place look so wonderful! The view is great - on one side the lake and on the other the mountain. The house has a parking lot. Our trip was at the end of October, the weather was rainy and cool, but when we come to the house our room was warm! The bathroom was very clean, we had a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.
