Very kind and helpful hosts Sonia and Robi! The accommodation in the castle is in a picturesque location, with a great view at the end of the narrow streets. Historic building. Very clean rooms. Close to the center, there is free parking nearby.

Not the fault of the b&b of course, but it's rather hard work getting up there - you can't avoid going up or down some steps. But it's worth it!

Great location, we even had a sea view small balcony room, for a very decent price. Parking is indeed free, you need to climb a couple of stairs so be aware of this. And how wonderful to have a roof top breakfast. Very kind hosts

We would have preferred to pay the tourist tax when we checked in, like most (?) places ask you to do. We didn't realize we still had to do that when we were leaving and it caused a mini-panic as we tried to leave to catch our bus without having paid the tax.

Our double room with bathroom and sea view was lovely, and the air conditioning worked well (and was greatly appreciated!). The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast (on the terrace) was generous and vegan friendly.

Breakfast wasnt great really but the home made cake made up for it. Bed was fine although it did slope to one side..

Friendly owner, everywhere was spotlessly clean (while being quite old), location was perfect, in middle of the old town but also close to parking (very important given luggage Vs castelsardo steps!!!). Also very reasonably priced, ideal place for a one night stay. The view from the bedroom was the real winner, incredible sunrise over the mountains.

We are over 70 so carrying luggage up and down a lot of stairs for one night was not one of our smarter decisions .

The hotel is in a great position for backpackers or travellers with not much luggage .

Wifi signal weak inside the room. Size of the shower was very small. No airconditioner, but therefore a fan.

B&B in the middle of the cute oldtown of Castelsardo. Beautiful views from the room as well as from the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. Made you feel like home. :)

The rooms are not well sound-proofed and some of the air conditioners are too loud. Pillows are uncomfortable. The B&B uses a photo of the church tower which is a bit misleading as the actual property is down the road. And the name would indicate it is a lighthouse, but it is not.

Lots of steps up to get to it pity it did not say that as I would not have booked Staff could be more friendly Pipes from bathroom whistle you could even heR the whistle from other rooms but saying that it's a old building Water was a brownish colour but again old building

Water pressure is low, there’s a lot of church bells going off all the time and the birds are loud but that’s expected by the sea. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
