The location is excellent.it only take's 2 minutes walk from the beach.the food is great from breakfast to dinner.the staff is wonderful accommodating and attentive to your needs specially all the waiters.

Car parking 18Euro little expensive and which room i booked in booking.com have no windows and no Balkon after i changed the room .

The place is good and very near the seaside. The staff are very friendly esp Simone, room are good and clean . They also provide safe parking for guests. We reserved dinner and breakfast and the have a varied buffet. Food is excellent and dining staff is very friendly. We would certainly go back again and I reccomend the hotel.

I booked the last available room for my period of stay, so there were no options to choose a room and mine had no balcony and after a whole day at the beach it’s a must to dry up the clothes and swimsuits. The beach (bagno) that has a partnership with the hotel has not the best location.. it was close to the porch with touristic ships/boats, so we ended up going to another one

The service of the hotel was super good, the breakfast buffet had a range of options, beach is just 2 mins away

The staff didn’t bother to mention that, even with all meals payed, they still charge you for the plain still water. Disappointing. They also tried to rip us off by offering room with a tiny bunk bed for our teenage children (even if they pay the full price). They did change the room in the end, but unwillingly.

Economy room was the worst room I have ever seen. Batrhoom with very weak water, no cover, so all the water came to whole bathroom. Very very weak.

We called to change the dates the woman on the phone was really rude and she said she doesn’t know how booking works, then they said they don’t have any room available but that was ok, we went there everything went fine until the last day my husband fell in the bathroom because a tube in the bathroom was leaking and the bathroom was full of water, then when my husband was angry about it and we told them that we will write about it in our review they started treating us bad saying it is not their fault instead of saying sorry, until that moment I wasn’t sure if i will write about it and i was going to leave it be because some of the staff were so nice, but the manager in the end was awful with us counting to say it is not their fault if it was raining all night and the weather was bad, I don’t know how they work but normally when something like this happens you ask sorry politely because my husband could’ve broken something or hit his head instead , i have a video of the leaking , i am so sorry to write this because some of the staff were really nice also the cleaning ladies were really nice . It will be our last time in Rimini.
