One of the best places to stay in Syracuse. We received detailed information before check-in, and it was a very nice touch to find a carefully prepared list of things to do around Syracuse laid out on the table. The facility was clean and tidy, and Roberta was very helpful whenever we had any questions. Many thanks to her.

We liked everything

We had a nice short stay in the Kyanos Residence, everything was very comfortable, we had a feeling of home. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom, everything was sparkling clean. Full kitchen will all amenities.

The flat was slightly messy in a few spots, but not really a big deal. The WiFi signal was really spotty though.

The kitchen/cooking space is quite limited and it would have been nice to have a rack to use with the grill

The location was convenient, near bus stops, walking distance to Ortigia, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment was generously sized and sparkling clean. We were able to park right outside and the terrace and courtyard were very well kept with flowers and a nice place to sit. The host, Valeria, was quick to respond and very helpful. Good laundry area and it was useful to be able to leave luggage there after checking out.

In the room there was a sewage smell from the kitchen sink. In the bathroom the lid could be change, it's no longer white. We liked that was close to the Ortiga island, free parking right in front of the building.

I liked the location. There were plenty of parking spots and it was only a short walk to Oritigia. The host was helpful and super welcoming with a tasty surprise for guests. The apartment was spacious and clean.

It was even bigger and cleaner than I expected. The complimentary local Moscato and sweet cookies/biscuits under a glass dish on the table made the visit even more pleasant. The electric outlets to charge my devices were conveniently located. I wanted to stay another night because a boat tour had to reschedule due to the weather. The host apologized and told me it was already booked. Then, she contacted me about another property that was very similar and comparable in price due to her connections. She went above and beyond trying to make my great stay the best it could be.

These apartments are situated in a convenient location for the railway station and supermarket, and just a short walk from Ortigia. Our apartment was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming - this was our fifth visit, and we hope to return soon - thank you for a lovely stay!

The location was perfect. 5 minutes walk to Ortigia and about 20 minutes to Neapolis Archaelogical Park. A large square behind, perfect for walking the dog, with 2 cafe's. Parking is free and can be found directly outside the apartment. Communication with the hostess Valeria was perfect and she could not have been more helpful.
