ItalyAlthough it was peak season over new years, the price was incredibly high at €440 per night, for this I would expect at least a complimentary bottle of water, kettle with tea/coffee, shampoo in the rooms. It would also be nice if the hotel opened their bar in the evening for an aperitivo after a day on the slopes or before dinner.
The Location could not be better, very close to the Main Street, restaurants, shops and ski lifts. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

SwitzerlandThe price-to-service ratio could be better. The hotel has neither spa nor wellness, the bathroom lacks basic toiletries, the TV in the room is very small, the choice of channels is poor and for all this you have to pay more than 200 € per night. The other hotels in Livigno which I have known so far, offer much more for almost similiar price.
We decided on this hotel because others that we knew in Livigno were booked. The hotel is, let's say, sufficient, but no revelation. Staff very friendly, central location in the center of town, easy access to basic stores and cable cars. Possibility to park a car outside and under the roof (for an additional fee of €10 per day). Very good breakfast, excellent coffee. Rooms not very big but okay and clean. Very nice balcony.

CyprusMaybe for me personally, there was almost not enough common space in the hotel lobby for spending time with a cup of coffee with a newspaper under the Christmas tree during the day. But it doesn't matter, because the format of the hotel was an Alpine chalet, very nice and cozy.
Very hospitable and helpful hosts and staff. Positive people, good breakfast, great location, comfortable room. We all really enjoyed it! Thank you!

BrazilNO PRIVACY. You could have more privacy in a guest house than there. They don’t respect the sign to not enter in your room, change everything of their place inside the room. You go to have some breakfast for 20min and they go and enter in your room to check how is it, turn off the heater, open the windows ( WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION). You just don’t feel comfortable staying there. they pay attention on everything you do, and would check the room at least 5 times a day (ofc without our permission) would never be back. the location is good, breakfast is just ok (nothing special) and its clean but not worth it. never had this experience before, even in guesthouses I felt I had more privacy.
