Response rate could be better (ahead of the stay, then once there it was ok). I don't think the baby cot should be charged as an extra.

Very well equipped apartment with all you will need. Easy self check-in if needed, warm welcome by the agent as we came within the opening hours of the reception. Nice park around, the accommodation not even 10 minutes walk from the city center, supermarket just around the corner, easy parking (secured underground of free overnight on the street). Perfect view of the mountain with waterfall from our windows (apt. 306).

A vacuum cleaner should be available as a common service so that guests can take it from service room or office for cleaning the room on weekends regularly. There was quite a lot of dust accumulated as we stayed for 28 nights.

Location is superb with nice view well connected with bus services, quite close to city center and Conad is approachable for groceries and other stuff.

Early checkout at 10am. And they mean it. There is no luggage storage (hard to believe in the 21st century) and they only work from 3-9pm. We were told cleaners would remove our bags and we could collect them after 3pm. They don't reply to website messages nor messages on booking dot com either. Nothing open in or around after 9pm on Saturday and limited options on Sunday. Broadband was awful. Hard to work. They reset the routers but it was still bad Hard to believe in 21st century that a modern building doesn't have properly working internet.

Pros The apartment had enough space for a family of four, and the location was absolutely amazing. It's in a modern complex with various shops and restaurants around. The views are spectacular, and there is a large park and a playground for kids. There is a supermarket a few mins away which had everything you need. Cons The apartment was not very clean. It was superficially clean. The kitchen wasn't well equipped at all. There is a dishwasher but no tablets. They can't expect people to bring that for a short stay. The beds weren't very comfortable at all either. It was a pleasant stay, but it definitely needs improvements.

2nd time staying here, very good option just 15 minutes walk from the historic Trento centre. There are also a lot of nice cafe and restaurant options in the modern and car free Le Albere area this is situated in.

What I like the most was the acommodations. We didn't saw any staff because we arraived after 9pm but there was the police that helped us get sinto the building. They allowd a Pet into the appartment

The staff was rather rude. The girl at reception was unable to provide additional toiletries given that we were two people staying there for three days and they’d just left us one item in the bathroom to start with. Also, they were not available on WhatsApp and their message reply rate was poor.

Perfect position. Clean and tidy. The view was stunning. Good and easy to use facilities.

only flaw: due to the design of the building the shutters did not close very well and a lot of light came in. The windows of the kitchen and the living room overlooked a common outdoor area accessible to all guests of the structure who could therefore look out and look inside the house. This common outdoor area is kept a bit badly and left to itself.

the location was exceptional in a young, quiet and recently built neighborhood. Apartment was really clean despite the rewiews seen before booking, well kept, modern and had everything you needed to be comfortable. Really appreciated the balcony overlooking the adige and waterfall in the distance. Top experience!
