The pool closes early at 8 PM and opens at 2 PM, so if you stay only one night and arrive at night you will not be able to enjoy it.

The bedroom had a beautiful view, it was spacious enough and breakfast was Italian average. The location is nice, the food at the restaurant at night was very good.

Some parts of the hotel seem to be wore off. The staff at the reception is not very helpful, they would reply yes or no, nothing more. The pool needs an upgrade.

The hotel has nice views and small wellness section. The restaurant is great. We enjoyed dinners and breakfast there and the food was fantastic. The staff at the restaurant is very polite and friendly.

Couldn’t turn underfloor heating off and it was very hot in the room. We were advised that this is consistent throughout the hotel.

The ski boot dryer does not have warm air blowing in, so it dries the snacks less well. (It's just a warm stick on which to put a ski boot.)

The rooms are nice and clean, the bed/mattress OK, the bathroom OK. The accommodation is very close to the Kronplatz ski resort. There is a large parking lot in front of the Hotel. The accessibility of the hotel is great; right next to the main road. The accommodation offers a very nice wellness and spa. The indoor pool is just right for relaxing after a hard day's skiing. The room for ski boots and skis is very large and very heated. Ski boots are dried with a heater.

The room was dated and the spa was small and you could only go for a swim at the pool with a cap.

There is no electric kettle and fridge in the room. The TV made strange noises, so I had to unplug it.

You need car to move and the hotel is a bit old, but for a weekend is fine. There is no fridge.

The view from the balcony is beautiful and it is not far away from other important locations. Included the spa area is a plus.

What we did not like was a lady at the wellness, I would call it hellness instead of wellness. Each day she was shouting at the hosts in the pool (family) area. It was in absolutely unprofessional manner and not needed at all. The area for adults with saunas and steam baths were enjoyable. It seemed that kids are not welcomed in the wellness at all, but again I would blame it on the lady that was in charge there.

The place is really nice and in quiet location. Cleanliness superb. We enjoyed food a lot, especially dinners that come in four courses, it was tasty and super satisfying after all day on the ski slopes. I would recommend this hotel for friendliness of its stuff at reception and in the cantina.

I don't like the whole "set menu" requirement. We were forced into a 4 course dinner when we knew we wouldn't be able to eat it all. Maybe a suggestion would be 2 courses for €X, 3 courses for €X and the standard 4 course rate. Light in the bedroom could have done with a brighter lightbulb certainly couldn't read by it.

It was very comfortable and clean. Located exactly where we needed to stay. Food was very nice.

The hotel is quite outdated, it needs a great refreshing. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the room next door and on the corridor. We are light sleepers but we were lucky that the hotel wasn't full. The TV in our room did not work (the facilities guy was lovely and he tried his best, but he let us know it was a digital TV, that is, no channels...)

The staff is just amazing, one of the best service we have ever got. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the quantities are generous. They are able to accommodate intolerances, which does not always happen in places with a set menu. The hotel is spacious, with different environments (terrace, lounge, restaurant). The spa is very nice as well, however, the cap is required for the pool. We didn't want to buy it but we found it a bit limiting.

Our room was spacious but the beds not comfortable , moreover the bunk beds. We came as couples but not all the beds were double so we had to sleep separately.

We had a nice quiet stay at SMY Koflerhof and a very relaxing afternoon at the spa. The breakfast was very good and we were served with a patient and friendly smile.
