All facilities were as described. Luca was excellent with contacting us and providing helpful information and check in details. The extra large double bed was firm but very comfortable. Great memory foam pillows Shutters on all windows except the bathroom so good light block out for sleeping Quiet Great Roof deck Check with Luca before ordering an Uber or taxi. We had trouble with being picked up at the address

Very good location in a charming neighborhood. Walking distance for all attractions in Cagliari centre. Quiet (no car after 8pm). Good restaurants very close. Straightforward process, clean. Nice terrasse on the roof.

Everything about our stay was just perfect! The "Karù Suite" is located in the City center but absolutley quiet! It is clean and cosy. I loved the view from the private terrace and we had the best host you could wish for. Very positiv: there are a lot of sockets and they are placed so well- you don't find that very often. Everything in this room is just well thought out. I can recommend the "Karù Suites" 100%

I would have liked if there had been bowls, plates, and cutlery for preparing a snack as I am a coeliac and the continental style breakfast in the lovely little cafes do not cater for this.

The location of this lovely accommodation is perfect. Close to restaurants, bars and shops, and the historical center of Cagliari. Tea, coffee, and mini fridge with complimentary water and juice were lovely. The modern shower room was excellent. Our host could not have been more attentive and was a pleasure to deal with.

What a fantastic time, the room was lovely and a mix of modern and classic features. The location in my opinion is brilliant, in a residential area out of the busy main town but a very short walk to many extremely good restaurants, bars, points of interest. The hosts were great, really helpful, very responsive, provided recommendations, the fridge wasnt working but within 24 hours there was a new one in. Perfect

The room was a bit dark and the air a bit stuffy, but luckily there were mosquito nets in front of the windows so you could open the windows at night. What would make this apartment outstanding would be a small stove, a little dishsoap and some more kitchen utensils (for making breakfast). Also you should know that it's quite a densely populated area with many neighbours that are really close-by, so you may not have a lot of privacy, but other than that the location is absolutely great. What I personally don't like is when the landlords reach out to your private phone when you did not actually consent to that, I prefer when communication is handled via booking.com. It's overstepping my boundaries when just reaching out to my private phone, especially when I'm on holidays and I don't want to deal with Telegram messages every day.

The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The private terrace was amazing, as well as the beautiful bathroom. The apartment is located in a very nice area and it's not far to walk to the main tourist attractions. The owner was very friendly and the self check-in extremely convenient :)

Dont know why I thought from the beginning, that it was going to be a two-story apartment.

Great location, very close from the city center of Cagliari and lots of restaurants nearby the apartment. Also very clean and nice presentacion!
