A small fridge in the room would have been a nice addition but other than that everything was perfect.

The pool area was fantastic - so quiet even in July and the bean bag inflatables are fab! The poolside food was also very nice as well as the breakfast in the restaurant. The room was clean and spacious.

Perfect location to break up the drive from Tuscany to Puglia. Great pool and clean modern rooms. Alessandro in the restaurant and Christina on the front desk were absolutely fantastic. Alessandro was so helpful with things to do for the next part of our trip.

We felt the location would make it ideal for a short stay. There’s not a great deal to see in the area. Monastery at Monte Cassino was very interesting, free to enter and only 2 euros for parking. We stayed early September and quite a few restaurants in the area were closed as they considered it out of season. Take Mosquito spray as we got bitten to bits!!!

The dinner at the restaurant was not to my liking and there was no kids menu available. Bedrooms did not have kettle with tea/coffee like any other hotel/resort I've stayed on but coffee and tea were provided at breakfast.

The swimming pool was great, the loungers by the pool were plentiful and in the shade. The lunch menu for the poolside was great and brilliant value. The entire staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful, providing information on local amenities, taxi services, and helping in any way we needed without hesitation. The reception staff and cleaning staff were especially welcoming and helpful. There's a fabulous restaurant nearby called Cibus Cultura Gastromica. I highly recommend. You will need to depend on taxis and need to book taxi at least a day in advance for any outings planned, reception staff have details of great taxi drivers and will book for you. Bedroom fridge is good, water and other drinks are good value and snacks too, replaced each day when needed.

The loud club music that was playing at the pool the ENTIRE afternoon was horrible. There should be something written somewhere on the website regarding the music. The other thing is that when we requested a late check out so we could use the pool, they said we could do it, but going into the pool was not included in the extra price they were going to charge. So in addition to $10 each person for late check out they were going to charge us another $15 a person to use the pool. I don’t think that’s right and if you’re paying $10 a person to have late check out you should have the use of the pool.

Nothing really. It was very quiet at night.

Good location for Cassino, but nice and rural. Piedemont San Germano is a nice little town and you can walk up from the hotel, to the stairs up to the old high is lovely . They have a DJ on Saturday and Sunday at the pool in the afternoon, which gave it a party atmosphere.

Breakfast choice is a bit limited. I wasn’t able to use the pool as we arrived in the late afternoon and the pool closes at 19:00.

All the rooms have terraces, but you sit directly next to other hotel guests, without any privacy. The air condition broke during our stay and started to leak water from the ceiling, so there was quite a lot of water in the bathroom. It would be nice to have some variety of pastries and vegetables at the breakfast.

Nice hotel, with nice garden and swimming pool area, it is a nice place to relax. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

The terrace was supposed to be with the room but instead was "accessible". The roof in the room were the attic one, low and curved - I banged by head atleast 5 times!!

The staff was really courteous, showing the way to the room and we were checking in very late at night. The cleanliness was impressive.

We arrived by foot. We had difficulty trying to find reception from the road. Also, the swimming pool opens inn Junne. I donlt think was stated inn the booking.

The best thing about your hotel were the two staff members Luigi and Guiseppi as the evening staff. They were very helpful. We arrived at nearly midnight. They calmed is down and talked to us. The day staff were also very helpful and took the time to give us advice on looking at the area and tracing the battlefields that our father fought in during the war. They are a real asset to your company
