The apartments are listed as suitable for six people, but they only have two bedrooms (three beds in each room). This setup works well for friends or families with small children; otherwise, it can quickly feel too crowded. There is also only one bathroom available. There is no pedestrian crossing near the apartments, so caution is needed when crossing the road. Getting onto the main road by car can also be challenging during rush hours. Only one roll of toilet paper is provided, and one set of towels per person (which is not replaced even for a five-day stay), unless you pay an extra €28 per person per set. You also receive only one dishwasher tablet. So if you’re planning a longer stay, bring these items with you ;-) Be aware of the hot water – in the morning, there was no hot water available (likely due to the solar heating system). When we reported the issue, they responded promptly.

The location is excellent for visiting Gardaland (only about 200 to 300 meters away). For four people staying one or two nights, the apartment is optimal – we were four, and the size and space were just right. We stayed for five days (four nights), which turned out not to be the best decision. The apartment is new and nicely furnished – though it lacks a washing machine. You can prepare simple meals in the apartment (kitchenware is provided). Air conditioning units are in all rooms and work perfectly. Sound insulation is also very good – traffic on the nearby road is heavy and noisy, but thanks to the excellent insulation, it’s not disturbing. Great parking option (right next to the apartment, behind the closed gate). Behind the building (which houses four apartments), there is a beautifully maintained lawn. Next to it, there is also a small herb garden. Everything is well cared for and nicely maintained. Top system for entering the premises (with codes - worked perfectly). All in all, it was a pleasant experience – the kids enjoyed Gardaland, and the rest of us explored the entire Lake Garda region from this location (Sirmione, Limone, Malcesine, Monte Baldo, Rocca di Garda, lake cruising, Safari Park and Zoo…).

We were there for 4 days and no cleaning is done Apartment has a kitchen but does not have a kettle. Kitchen is missing basic supplies such as a few tea bags, coffee, milk, sugar, bin bags, dishwasher tablets - with a small effort this could have upgraded the experience

we did not receive an email with instructions and access code to the apartment. so we waited outside for a while. the person in charge obviously sent the email to the wrong address, they also kept calling the wrong number. in the end we found out that they were calling the number of a person in another apartment. Even though the person in charge always claims they sent an email...they didn't. 🙈 but at the end we came in… and the app os really nice and clean.

A new, modern apartment with perfectly working facilities. Smooth arriving with codes. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The reservation of our previously booked apartment was canceled (which was revealed when we arrived), so we urgently needed a new apartment. Giuliano was able to give us his apartment during a dinner, so we are very grateful to him.

The inner doors were not installed properly - you could NOT close or lock the doors to the rooms or even the bathroom. The kitchen is poorly equipped, it lacks several kitchen accessories, there was no cleaning agent. You need to walk around the whole Gardaland resort in order to get to the lake, there is no direct path. All the piers are private and locked.

The apartment is in a completely renovated house with 4 units. It is really modernly done, clean and it has a big terrace, every room has its own air conditioning unit, there are mosquito nets on all the windows and terrace door. The kitchen and the bathroom are ok too. The rooms have nice view of the fields, you can see Gardaland resort and Lake Garda from the terrace. The lake is nice and the vegetation was amazing in its full bloom.

Everything was fine, small details were missing like hair dryer or dishwasher liquid, but I think we were among the first guests so they will catch up with these small details very soon.

The apartments are in nice, kind of brand new condition (2024. August). Each bedroom has AC, also the living room area. Each room has electric shader so it is not warming up daytime.

There is a road right in front of the apartment, and the pictures does not show this, but the apartment is close to the Gardaland and especially during event hours, that road is full of cars until 23:00. Closest beach was full of dirt, you need to travel further to find some nice location for swimming.

The apartment was relatively new and the proximity to the Gardaland and Garda Lake was wonderful.
