Marco was very helpful and communicative. He offered me a larger apartment he had available. The apartment was very comfortable and close to everything, which made my stay very enjoyable!

The host was friendly and communicative, offfered to move me to a larger apartment in a better location (which I accepted), and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. The apartment itself was comfortable enough and convenient for a one-night stay, and in a very good location - it lived up to the description.

As the apartment was on the ground floor off a courtyard, there was little natural light or fresh air, with signs of damp on one wall.

I had a great experience staying here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality – he was very supportive and flexible with the check-in time. When I needed help with the fan during the stay, he responded quickly and kindly resolved it. Really appreciated the warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

As the name says, this is just for sleeping. But it has everything you need for a short stay. The location is excellent and the host is pleasant and welcoming.

First of all, I would like to thank the host Marco for his understanding, help and support. The check-in to my apartment was announced at 15:00. I arrived in Bari at about 11:00, Marco gave me the keys to the other apartment so that I could take a shower. He answered all my questions and sent detailed video instructions. Despite the fact that the room is small, it is enough for 1 person. Especially since the price is low. Clean bed linen, towels, There is a hair dryer, refrigerator, floor air conditioner and good Wi-Fi. My holiday in Bari was very comfortable thanks to Marco.

The location is quite convenient and the hospitality was truly remarkable.

The room was very small and there was a smell of humidity. There is a small window over the bed but the net was broken. The bathroom had a size of a closet, it’s very tiny, could barely sit on the toilet and the door was not closing. I was expecting much more for that price

The location is good, and the necessary amenities (shower, toilet) were there, even a TV with Netflix.

Well, overall, it's okay for an overnight stay. The room is on the ground floor opposite an old-fashioned elevator, with metal grates for doors. The soundproofing was terrible, so it felt like I was sleeping in the stairwell, especially when young people (neighbors) came home in the middle of the night. There is a colony of ants living behind the baseboard. I accidentally dropped a polyethylene slice separator from mortadella. In the morning, I was shocked by their number; the entire sheet was covered with ants. When I removed the sheet, they ran behind the baseboard, but later they climbed into my bed, just a few, but still. The door lock was old, and I had to cover it with a towel. It felt like someone was watching me.

Well, yes, room is very tiny but for me it’s enough for solo travelers. of course this is not five star hotel but in this city you can’t get anything more or better for this price. Owner is very helpful good communicating, and trying to help. What else do you need? And also very close to city center about 600 m.

Its small and because of window not too much air

It's a place "just to sleep" 🙃 I didn't expect nothing special cause the price was low. Marco is really helpful & honest, that's why I gave 8. You get basic cosmetics & clean towels The bed is big The location is really good if you want to be close to the train station.

It could be cleaner The net in the window should be changed & the window should be cleaned. It is next to the lift so it was quite noisy, you can sleep there well only if you don't have problem with that.
