It felt a little odd only being able to access the reception staff via whats app. However we really had no reason too (except when WiFi dropped out) and everything worked well. If anything had gone wrong what would've happened.

There was no heating on our first night, so it was quite cold, but when asked staff, they sorted it out the next day. Tv remote working poorly, slow WiFi, decor a little outdated, contact with staff wasn't immediate. It was a bit noisy in the morning, but people were working downstairs at the restaurants, so it's understandable Overall, it's a great option for a few nights stay, and if someone is focused on visiting the city, not for spending time in the room , I definitely would recommend

The location was truly fantastic and worth emphasising. Heart of old Rome, millions of restaurants at the doorstep, 5 min to Pantheon, 15 to Colloseum. Comfy bed, coffee and tea toped up every morning , clean towels every day, a nice breakfast at the restaurant just few steps from the hotel

The location was good in the Pantheon neighborhood. The building was safe and the room was clean and very quiet. The room we were in did have a window that opened, but it was an interior to the building, so could not get a breeze, but there was a mini split which worked well.

Rooms are very old. Found a lot of black hairs in my room. Coffee was not replaced or clean towels.

I asked for a refrigerator where I could put way my medicine, and didn’t receive any answer. Also on the last day, breakfast started at 7am, as the message they sent me showed, but we weren’t able to have breakfast because it was closed when we arrived and had to leave. The wifi was very difficuly to find, in a very small letter outside the room.

Great location - walking distance to a lot of popular attractions like the Piazza Navona. The included breakfast was in the form of coupons for a small cafe just down the road.

Be aware that the walls are thin—you can easily hear people in the next room, which can be disturbing if they’re loud. Unfortunately, our experience with the host was not great. We requested an extra 3 hours for checkout, but the host demanded 100 euros for it and insisted that checkout was at 10 am, which didn't match the 10:30 am checkout time listed on Booking.com (communication via what’s app). This lack of flexibility and miscommunication was disappointing.

The room was old, not too clean. Walls dirty. Breakfast poor, not vegan or vegetarian options, so if you are allergic to butter or lactose intolerant you need to find something else in another place

Property is quite old and could use some redo, especially the bathroom, which also had an odd smell. Communication from the hosts could be better too.

Expensive. Tiny room. No shelf space in the bathroom at all, nowhere for your toiletry bag, nowhere to put anything in the shower (except the ground). Shower opening exceptionally narrow, very problematic for a pregnant or larger person. No lift (first floor). No savoury options at the cafe where the breakfast token is provided.

Fantastic location, 2 minute walk from Pantheon. Quiet and dark room. Strong air conditioning. Fast wifi. Daily cleaning service.

It was very cold, even with the heater it was not enough, the lights outside in the hallway would come in around the doors and it was bright maybe recommend the travelers bringing a mask to cover their eyes. The bathroom was also stinky, it smelled like sewer really strong and it had mold in the shower walls.

I liked the location, it was close to many restaurants ! and the after hours instructions were pretty straight forward .

The location was great. All the best sights were within walking distance. Piazza navona is less than 5 minutes away, the colosseo was 25 minutes away, and just 100 metres away, there is a lovely church with a bith a raffaello and a stunning caravaggio to admire. Right next to it, you can also visit biblioteca angelica, the very first public library in Europe. Staff were friendly and just a message or whatsapp call away in case you needed it. They were also helpful with luggage as you could leave your stuff at the location both before checkin and after checkout. The bed was super comfy, and each of us had 2 pilows, something that is pretty rare around

Would be good to have a small fridge. One night there was very laud music coming from the top floor as it was a club or so. Maybe it can be laud in the main season. I don’t know

Due to the central location, there might be a little noise during the night. There is no lift but at least only one flight of stairs. One thing which really bothered me is the lack of places to keep your things in the bathroom. There is nowhere to hang your personal belongings and no hooks and shelves at all. Also, since these are converted apartments, there is no lobby, apart from the one in the same apartment, and the main entrance, since it is divided by everyone, needs a little upgrade and maybe a little cushions where one can wait. I would also add a coat hanger in the room itself.

The location is perfect! Central to so many attractions! The breakfast coupon is in one of the top gelaterias in the area and only a few meters away from the lodging. I must applaud the possibility to leave the luggage before and after check in/out. Good amount of socket outlets.
