The envieonment is beatiful, organized and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of food tô choose from and is available to any time of the day. The roon follows the same standart of organization ang cleanliness. Joy was very attentive, as well as being friendily and welcoming, she was very good an anticipating my needs as traveler. The bathroon was well equipped and clean too. The location is great and it was super easy to get around Bergamo. I recommend it for anyone looking for a stay in Bergamo.

Joys B&B was amazing. Joy herself is a superb host and she was very accomodating. The rooms were good size and had everything you need, with comfy bed, mini fridge, clothes space and ensuite bathrooms. I can’t express how kind and nice Joy was as a host enough. She went above and beyond and her lovely dog was a great companion for when I woke up and got my day started. Thank you Joy!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the public transport stop. The place is communicative. The room was in excellent condition and the service was at a very high level. I am very satisfied.

First, I have to say the host is a really kind and understanding woman. She let us check in late with no complaint, and let us stay a bit after the check-out time. She also let us keep the car parked because the spot was free for a bit more, and she didn't charge us a thing. The room has everything you can ask for. Clean, comfy, and not loud. The bathroom was so well equipped and really clean. The kitchen in the common area has everything you need for a light breakfast and coffee. The location is near the center and quite peaceful. The Internet is also good. If I ever come back to Bergamo I plan on staying here again. Also, there is a really sweet and friendly dog. Overall the best place I booked with Booking.

Everything was perfect,and the host was the best!she waited for us until late of night because we had a plane delay,and she also was so understanding when the next day we had a later check out.We had everything we needed,water,coffee,juice and a nice breakfast.I also loved the bed,the most restful bed I ever slept in,and the view (all green around) amazing and very safe if you have kids because everything is locked!

The property owner was extremely kind, especially when late at night I couldn’t manage to open the digital lock and she woke up to let me in (it was my fault!) Cleanliness and breakfast were my favourite picks. As far as the balance between price and quality is concerned, I was unlucky as it was the “furniture week” in Milan and prices went up everywhere at that time, as confirmed by the lady at the reception. Location is 15 min walk from the train station in a residential area.

I will definitely recommend Joys house for staying in Bergamo, I had a really great time here! The bedroom, the bathroom and the common area are all very clean and comfortable. The owner Joys is very friendly and warm, she gave me a lot of useful advice for visiting around. There are bread, fruit, coffee and yogurt for breakfast in the kitchen. Although it's not right in the city center, it's only 5 minutes walking to bus stops or tram where you can easily take the bus to the train station and city center. Also, it's in a quiet area that I can take a good rest. I really love this place, I will stay here again if I come back to Bergamo!

A very kind and helpful Landlady! Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, the Internet connection is fast. In the morning, you can have some coffee with a brioche. The area is quiet and safe. The bus stop is within 3-4 min walk, the train station is a 10-15 min walk. There are shops, bars in the neighbourhhod. I will definitely recommend this place!

Good location, 15 minutes from the train and bus station (where you can also take line A for the airport) and 10 minutes from the big supermarket. Rooms was clean and equipped, with nice garden and place to sit outside. Host was very friendly, she offered us wine, coffee, croissants and fruit and was very helpful with giving advice and direction. Bergamo is a beautiful town worth visiting, especially Citta Alta. Great experience!
