Cleaning of rooms , we required twin beds but got one large one .This was not an issue as it was extremely large and comfortable

Lack of service at the restaurant and the food selection is very basic. Since the hotel has staircase at the front entrance and no ramp, a porter should standby to help to get the luggage up especially for international travellers with big luggages. But when we arrived, we have to go to the front desk to get someone to help. I imagine for travellers travelling alone that would be very inconvenient as they won't be able to leave the luggage outside of the hotel and go in to get help.

The location is within walkable distance to the main attractions like Ponte Vecchio and is only one block away from the river Arno. Beautiful sunset! A short taxi ride from the train station. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is ok, a little crowded.

Rooftop swimming pool close too early ar 6pm. And it should be covered somehow, because sunshine is brutal and people, especially children should be protected.

Staff were friendly, good location, good breakfast, room was comfortable.

The AC was not working at the end of night 1, which was unpleasant for a summer day in Florence. We informed the front desk who explained that maintenance will look into the issue. It was unresolved at the end of night 2, at which point the front desk transferred us to an equivalent room with no issue.

The hotel is surrounded by fragrant jasmine and conveniently located across the street from a tram station. We stayed in a superior double room with extra bed. The extra bed is a pull-out couch that was very comfortable for a petite gal. The bathroom was very spacious for 3 people and the hotel provides Nuxe brand toiletries. The shower is open style that gets water everywhere if you're a splashy shower taker.

I had everything I needed In my room so I don't know what you can improve but I'll now stay more in NH collection hotel for sure

I had a room in front of the "Grande Roue" of Firenze. My room was so big with a chair, a welcome drink, a mini bar full of drinks which was free (it's important to me to say it because I went to an hotel previously and they give me one bottle of 50cl for two people and they said I need to buy water if I need more! It's nonsense as I paid more than in your hotel). I like everything in my room. A double sink, shower and bath so you can choose how you want to take a shower. The breakfast was various and everything I like. Location was great as the hotel is 10 minutes away from the train station with tramway.

Even if we set up the air conditioner it wasnt working properly, the room was cold at night. The breakfast could be better with more options as the hotel is big.

Nice rooms, clean and confortable. A very good breakfast. The restaurant could offer small lunches as sandwiches for lunch and dinner. I also recommend that the service in the night closes at 11:30 PM. The staff is very kind with the guests.

Room temperature, the thermostat wasn't working so the room was cold. Didn't have a personal iron in the room. Lighting, it was very dimly lit near the table. Also the tables were quite small given the size of the room and it was difficult to find space given the hotel already had multiple things placed on the table.

Large spacious room and bathroom. Convenient location not too crowded yet not too far from the main attractions. Complimentary amenities. Reasonable breakfast spread.

Room cleaning could have been more diligent.

Staff is excellent, absolutely endearing and make you feel at home. Special mention for Elena, Alice andPedro. Hotel has a lovely inbouse fragrance that is fabulous and fresh. Great breakfast and great location.
