The location, the pool and the kindness of the staff

Endless waiting for the lifts especially in the morning and end of the afternoon

Fantastic location and a view of one of the temples from our window. Friendly staff, room serviced well and excellent breakfast. The hotel restaurant is excellent, too, and we had one of our favourite meals in Sicily here - in particular, we enjoyed the chef's prepared dessert! Very big pool and lovely outdoor area. A short walk to the entrance of the temples.

It was in a good location and the property was big and clean

Super comfy bed with plenty of space in the room. Pool was terrific and hotel ideally situated.

Air conditioning was not properly explained in terms of how to operate. No menu in room so while the hotel advertised room service the only place to view a menu was at reception - kind of defeating the purpose. Staff were so-so. Breakfast offered a great range of food but the “hot” selection (bacon/egg/sausage) wasn’t even lukewarm.

Fantastic gardens and swimming pool. Really great surprise! Really very beautiful. Good location for walking to Valley of the Temples and easy to walk in to town where there were many lovely restaurants

Shower was difficult to use as there was no screen or curtain. We had a quadruple room so four showers meant water covered the bathroom.

Renovation work going on in our building Tinned fruit for breakfast when fresh freely available. Room a bit tired. No rubbish bins anywhere. No literature on attractions in the area.

Good stop over with pool and dining facilities.

A wedding was held during the later afternoon and evening in the gardens of the hotel, this meant for a lot of additional people and music long into the night, thus interrupting our sleep.

It’s looking a little tired

Just what was needed for a short stay in Agrigiento, traditional European hotel well situated with helpful friendly staff

We had a spacious, little tired, room with a small balcony which was a nice touch. Our room was quite spacious, The pool was fantastic - with a bar and food available, in the garden. It created a great social gathering, which is nice on holidays. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

The shower, over the bath, is awkward and, we think, could be dangerous if you are not nimble. Parking was ok, over the road - gravel area - there was a lot of rubbish around...not the best - typical Italy though.
