Close to the beach , lungo mare. Lovely to walk the promenade. Breakfast was generous. Rooms were very clean.

The mattress needs an update and the breakfast could be more varied.

The hosts are really friendly. The bedroom is clean and has a nice balcony to relax. It is easy to walk to the beach and connect to the center by bus (21). Really close to the stadium so for a competition there it is the perfect location.

The room was dark and quite small, and so was the bathroom. It looked a little dated

Could have more options for breakfast

Really nice and tidy room with comfy bed ,desk and A/C. We also like the big bathroom and shower. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We were also able to park our car for free .

Little parking space.

Excellent spacious comfortable room with very good bathroom. Aircon worked well. Breakfast was very good, with selection of tea and coffee, toast, cake and pastries all served by the owner who was delightful.

- limited breakfast - lack of tourist information (owners were extremely nice but no maps or leaflets were available, information from owners was also very lacking and sometimes inaccurate)

We Would have preferred some More hot breakfast choices, though the typical fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastry and coffee was excellent.

We felt like at home of dear relatives, since we we're welcomed by the owners , charming Susana and her Husband Pippo...in a private well located, modern B&B . We we're advised about Places to go, offered free New bycicles to ride in town . We we're just Three blocks from the Beach , Next to a large Pine trees park and with the bus stop in front.

Would have been better if we had been given an idea how to contact the owner when we turned up as there was no one at reception and no obvious phone number. Once we did make contact the owner was very prompt at coming to open up for us. Some of the lights weren’t working in the room and the back of the sliding door in the bathroom was a bit grubby, but the rest was fine.

Very quiet and tidy. Nice to have a balcony to sit out on. Was about 10 minutes walk to the beach. We didn’t use the beach as it was very windy the day we were there.

Considering the position, this one has little to offer. The place is crammed, and one has to park elsewhere. If you are dealt with a room on the upper floor, expect mould smell in the bathroom. Also, the room I was given (206) had cavern vibes with most of the room consisting of walls. Windows are small.

It was a good stay, for a weekend with friends in Pescara. The staff is super friendly and available. The facilities are very good and the location is a little far from the city center, but with a bus station very close to the accommodation.
