There was a plaster and cigarette in the pool then on the side of the pool that wasn’t cleaned up- was there a couple of days.

The rooms were beautiful, typically Italian. The beds were comfy and the balcony was Lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Most of the staff were very friendly. The lady was rude when we checked out because we didn’t have cash for city tax. That wasn’t a nice last memories to takeaway from the hotel. She was nice when she was gong around the pool asking if you wanted to buy drinks etc!

The location is quite remote from the town center. You either plan your trip to the center according to the shuttle or take a taxi at the cost of 35 to 40 Euros

The hotel staff is excepionally accomodating. The view from the hotel is amazing.

We stayed for 4 nights and have nothing but good things to say. The hotel was quiet and very clean. There’s a beautiful pool area which in the summer would be lovely. The staff were delightful and honestly could not do enough for us and the couresty bus saved us a fortune, as taxis cost around 20-25 euros per trip.

We were told shuttle could take us to Ferry but they did not and then had to walk 400 meters to the taxi stand. Would have hired a taxi.

Was a beautiful location and view from room. Great value. Shuttle takes you to town.

The proximity to the town centre. One had to rely on the shuttle bus. There were also additional charges when transferring to Naples airport as the hotel is not in Naples City centre but on the outskirts of the town centre. We paid an additional 30 Euros as we were on the outskirts of Sorrento

We found the bed to be extra firm. A soft layer over the mattress would have addressed this concern.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to shuttle us to the rail station even though it wasn't at a scheduled time. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Although cleaniness was very good, there were a lot of antz (or similar) walking around the floor and they were even in my bed. I didn’t mind too much, but can’t say I enjoyed it at all!

Location was good and the room was very nice in old fashioned way. Room was large and it had great views towards the sea.

Beautiful Pool area however had mould in it which should of been cleaned in the 6 days we stayed Staff were ok , the tall mature gentleman at breakfast was the friendliest & quick to ask if we wanted coffees every morning

Disappointed with the food

Room and pool area great Nice to be away from the busy centre of Sorrento Lovely owners gave us a lift to the station when our taxi didn’t turn up

I booked this hotel mainly for the shuttle offered to and from Sorrento. The shuttle worked at certain times but we had to climb up the hill from Sorrento since the shuttle never arrived, even after warning the reception staff that we would be using it at a specific hour. Staff at the hotel was deplorable, insufficient and with an evident lack of compromise with service.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool, lovely quiet location outside of Sorrento, convenient free shuttle bus into the centre of town. Helpful reception staff.

Beautiful Hotel with amazing views on the complete Gulf of Napoli and Vesuvius mount. Amazing staff and clean facilities !!!

Went to lady in reception to book transport to airport day before departure she said taxi 180e and bus 80e i said I will take the bus as taxi to expensive so it was agreed pick up 8.00am and she said to have cash of 80e on the morning of departure a man at reception said driver was here we went down to what we thought to be a bus to find a girl and young man waiting for us we assumed he was talking us to the bus but it was the girls private car as we neared airport he asked us to pay now and of course we only had 80e in cash we arrived at the airport and had to find a cash machine to pay 180e very bad experience felt absolutely taken advantage of won't be back

The location was excellent, superb views across the bay of Naples. Friendly staff, very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and well presented.
