The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were very helpful with our ongoing journey to San Dona di Piave station, booking a taxi for us. Special thanks to Nathalia and Fredrico, who both spoke excellent English. The hotel is very well situated near the beach. Loved the private sunbeds and brollies on the beach at no extra charge. Great swimming pool, with sun beds. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The rooms were basic but very clean, housekeeping and clean towels every day. This hotel represents excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Enjoyable stay.

A bit outdated furnitures in the rooms. For safety reason, parking lots should be marked better. Using parking bumpers would be needed in some places.

The Hotel is on a good location, with nice pool and bar terrace. Breakfast is very good, various choices for every taste. The hotel staff is amazing, very nice, polite and friendly. We had a great time!

The Air Conditioning was very noisy,& we shut it down on most nights to sleep better.

Breakfast was very good,continental plus scrambled or fried eggs.Room was adequate but on the small side.Beach & pool were very good.Overall good value for money.

I liked everything. The staff were fantastic, the location was perfect, the breakfast was plentiful for a continental breakfast, the room was great, the place was spotless. The lift was a bit slow sometimes 😂😂😂 We found this place last minute after our original accommodation cancelled on us without explanation and what a great find. We had a 5th floor room which was refurbished with a large balcony and stunning views out to sea. The resort is fabulous and the beach amazing. A very German / Austrian / Italian resort so standards everywhere were high. Food was great everywhere. Prices in resort were higher than you would see in Spain or the UK but Italy seems a bit pricey altogether. However, don't let that put you off

The shower stall was a bit small. Other than that nothing to complain about.

There was a great choice at breakfast, they covered all options. With it having a pool and so close to the beach it is hard to decide which. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

The air conditioning was placed very close to the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Although located in the second row of the beach our hotel room had direct view to see. The breakfast was really extraordinary given the price of the hotel room (early September, special offer), parking and place at the beach included!

The owner lady - she was in bad mood most of the time and was probably annoyed that we only stayed one night and got her out of her comfort zone

Had to pay 5 euro for a pool or beach towel! Breakfast was very crowded. No forks, food wasn't refilled regularly. Stepping over and around people to get to the counters. Lift was functional - just.

Check in was easy. Bikes are available to use.

Doing a revervation with booking.com we havent pay anything în advance. Few days before arriving át the hotel they charge us a deposit fee of 156 euro. Arriving to the hotel they charge us the full price of booking. When we cheked out, the younger receptionist informed us that the deposit paid by us will be returned în 10 days. After waiting 10 days we called them to ask about the deposit as we didnt received it yet. He said they ha e problem with the bank and we need to wait 21 days. Today, past 30 days we still did not received our deposit back, and called them again the receptionist was tryung to explain that we need to wait 31days and just hanged ouț the phone on us. He was rude and this îs unacceptable. They stole our money of 156 euro. I would not recommend this hotel for anybody or be careful as they are thief.
